Thank you. Looking forward for calm seas and fair winds.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Hello Krypa,

I am very glad to read from you again. After it was quiet around you for a longer time, I was concerned that it had something to do with the pandemic. Have you got everything behind you?

After you presented this PE masterpiece, it is an honor to keep the whole thing going!

In the meantime, I’ve read through the whole thread a second time and would love to discuss one topic with you again. But let’s do that when you’re back up to date!

It is Kyrpa, sorry… automatic spelling seems to have a problem with your name :)

Thanks Rocco,

Not entirely over yet. I lost my sense of smell completely, that should take some time to recover if at all.
Other than that and sore joints and spine I am starting to be pretty healthy. So happy to be here and not getting the serious form of the infection in the first place.

About the nick name. Kyrpä is a very old finnish word meaning penis. The anchestors used it when talking about penis of the beasts.
Being it then a bear or a bull or even a horse. In native pagan religion the bear penis bone, karhun kyrpäluu was used as a some sort of magic item etc.

Even now if a man hears woman describing his penis as a kyrpä instead of plethora of other words to use for it , it has a meaning of she seeing some hell of a piece in front of her.

Kyrpa,

What an honor to see you back my friend. Glad to hear you safe and sound. I believe this virus has thrown all of us off base to some degree. I have been swamped with work ever since things re-opened here, but I am ready to start my P2some 8 months after P1.

I really appreciate the history lesson about your nick name. Extremely interesting.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Loss of the sense of taste is one of the best known symptoms. No one really needs this crap. I hope you have this behind you soon and wish you a good recovery!

Thank you for the explanation of your username. My native language allows me to use the letter “ä”. So I can address you correctly with Kyrpä :)

My pleasure Igigi.
I saw you building up your next to come campaign already. Keep it coming strong.

I´ll get involved with you guys and chime in the mix. I need to read what has been going on first.

Glad you are back and wish you to heal up stronger.

I am still reading through the Ultrasound threads and will look to launch my first campaign in mid to late June.

I will circle back to make sure I am sharing my progress data in the proper excel spreadsheet so it can be further analyzed.

I am sure you, Igigi and others will help further guide me along.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

I am so happy that you are reading the threads. Smart man. It is truly imperative to read them all, understand the science, it will help you so much better to properly apply it on yourself, troubleshoot and improvise any event, and it will help you to properly adapt any variable to your setup and body. As also is extremely important to track and log every workout and use the standard spreadsheet that will take us one step forward to little by little standardize the process.

US therapy machines are quiet . If running in lower duty cycles, then the pulsing makes a little humming.

Yes we have tried it with clamping and it seems that the single US Pro is not powerfull enough to heat the fully erected clamped shaft.
There are indications that 3MHz might be the tool for with, used with more than 2.0 w/cm^2.

There are also health concerns involved which are not present when heating flaccid penis.

Let me give you a quick update and tell you how well the ideas you gave me have worked:
01.01.21: BPFSL: 18
14.01.21: BPFSL: 18.5cm
30.01.21: BPFSL: 19cm.
13.02.21: BPFSL: 19.5cm keep in mind, with only hanging once/day I achieved the same gains rate of 5mm/14 days.

Now, I will soon come to the girth routine, but only to transform BPFSL to BPEL. I don’t have any noticeable BPEL gains yet.
1) Would it make sense for me to do a condition length-stretch for 1h with my Phallosan @ 1kg force to increase the expansion of girth later?
Or is that not necessary if I restrict the length for pumping anyway. I only want the BPEL gains and not much girth currently.
2) I length-restricted my BPEL by 15%.Meaning, 16,68cm BPEL * 0,85 = 14,4cm. The length of the penis is restricted to 14.4cm approximately for pumping.

I don’t want to come off as too demanding, so I understand if you don’t have the time/will to answer. Nonetheless,
thanks for your immense help :-) .

Hello CBateman,

1) I would go for shorter sets of bundled stretches with the setup if possible. Low force application
2) That sounds fine to me . Restricting excessively would not make any favor. You can see it on the tube if the restriction is too much.

The biggest I had ever gotten was 7.75 BPEL, I’d stop and lose to maybe 7.5. Adding US I grew to over 8 BPEL very quickly and I’m now stable at 8.0. Schools about to be out for me so I’ll likely start back with a quick routine over the summer then, I’d like to complete 2 cycles but will be happy with one. I’d like to gain a little more length and then focus on girth.

Hey man, last time I heard you were using the Delta 3 mhz ultrasound machine off eBay? Still using that one? How is it?

Thanks Stixman,

I am sure you can exctract the core quite easily. Adopt the basic concept like Igigi did with a great response. Later on there will room to work more individual way.

There will be eyes on your process and surely help available.
