Can the waveform be switched somehow or what? I mean, you said that we need a continuous flow of ultrasound.

It has only three pre-set programs (L), (M) ,( H) , they are all listed in the link you provided. Only the (H) 100% duty cycle is continuous with 1.6w/cm^2 .

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

So far I’ve had 6 sessions 20 or 30 min long (alternating every time) followed by 20 min cooling, everything at 2.0-2.5 kg, 3 times a week, no other PE. Extension has always been 5-6 mm with maybe 6 mm correlating with 30 min, but hard to say. No permanent measurable BPFSL gains yet.

I noticed that using plenty of gel on both sides is important. At 2.2W/cm2 I need to pay close attention to moving the transducer uniformly over different sides and upper/lower portions to avoid painful pinching especially near the glans, where I think the more round shape due to the sleeve results in poor contact and also possible interface effect. Abundant application of gel helps here somewhat.

Concentrate on heating phase getting half of the shaft heated and the moving to another part.

Pinching comes from the poor conductivity.

Interesting. I was trying to heat the whole thing uniformly, it gets very warm but never uncomfortable. Will test doing half and half every few minutes, it will definitely get higher temp. Is this what you do? How do you position the pair of transducers and for how long do you heat each area?

Yes, pinching comes from the top inch covered by the sleeve. Not sure what else can be done, maybe thinner material and more gel in this area.

With two transducers the effort is easy, it is not so important how they are managed. WIth only one it has to be managed in more planned fashion.

When having both hands free I sweep them both independently at separate portions most of the time. But also parallell at same portion if the temperature seems or feels to be too low.

Sometimes I have both of them in one hand applied side by side.

Kyrpa I was hanging a while before introducing us heating and did take a decon before starting up again and I’m nailing down the routine but I have a nagging concern that I should possibly be working girth at the moment to “fill the gap” after reading through the threads again. I’m 7.4” BPEL and 8.2” BPFSL, so 6/8ths of a gap. Do you think it would Be wise to concentrate on girth for now?

Are you heating with the ultrasound wand whilst hanging, stretch etc.. This sounds like an amazing way to heat as IR lamp is too much heat dispersed.. Am I understanding right how your US Wand works, which one do you have can you recommend one to buy?

I want to clarify something, since I’ve started this program. I’m on my second day of my second cycle of this. My BPFSL was 21.6 cm initially (day 1 cycle 1, before doing the 30-min pre-stretch or the ultrasound).

I’ve been doing 30 mins prestretch, 27 mins ultrasound (my inexpensive unit only does 1MHz, so I’ve been using 2.0-2.5 W/cm^2), then 30 mins poststretch with intermittent fulcrum stretches. All manual, so there’s probably forearm gains in my future..

At my postworkout measurement, my BPFSL was 28.3 cm. I’m consistently getting ~3% increases each session, still getting nocturnal erections, still getting erections with appropriate stimuli hands-free. How soon/after how many cycles should I expect BPEL gains?

Have you measured BPEL?? I found that for myself, I did not have a 1:1 ratio of BPSFL : BPEL. I’m more of a 3:1 ratio thus far.

This is about the kind of information I’m looking for. I don’t want to measure BPEL until I’ve stopped gaining ~3% BPFSL per workout and rested a week or so, since before starting this I’ve failed to make meaningful gains with other programs. Keeps me honest with the intensity and measuring I’m doing.

Yes, and this is measuring between workout days and cycles. It’s not just intraworkout gains.

My suggestion is that you create your own thread and log your progress. Kyrpa, Tutt, Manko are the pros and they do chime in and help out. As well as the handful of others using US. Put a good amount of detail into it :)

Hey Kyrpa, recently I encountered a bit of a nuisance with the PeniMaster Pro suction cup. The glans sometimes begins to slip out of the vacuum and because of this I’ve had to reapply the cup. Have you encountered slippage and how have you dealt with it?
