Consistency is key. The days you most don’t feel like doing PE are the ones where it is most important to push through. Be dedicated, and you will get results. You can do this. We all can. Also, I feel that regular rest days are important. I have three per week, and two are back to back.

I masturbate on my off days. The reason is because usually multiple times a session I get close to orgasm. This results in being pent up, and when I am pent up, it is easier for me to orgasm by mistake while doing PE.

Last night’s session was legitimately bad. I felt like tonight was going to be a great session, and it was, with one notable bump in the road; I had a good deal of trouble getting hard. I was not expecting this since I had a full, fluffy flaccid that I was able to easily work into a semi while I was waiting for the sock to microwave, and I was also getting semi hard during the stretching. Aside from the getting hard issue, stretching was great with a firm grip the whole time, and once I actually got hard, expansion was crazy. I feel like that’s about as thick as I’ve ever been.

I think I’m going to start only having an orgasm once a week again. I haven’t had trouble controlling it for a long time now, and with my penis definitely suffering from symptoms of overwork, I think I will start needing the extra arousal that is a result of less frequent orgasms to combat the exercise fatigue.

Well I think it’s time to rethink my approach to PE. Although there has been no span of PE for me where my dick did not get fatigued and lose sensitivity, I have nevertheless had impressive gains. Gains are useless however if I can’t have sex because I can’t get it up. Up until now I have always been leery of reducing the amount or intensity of my PE for fear of not gaining as quickly. That has to change. Currently my routine is 10 minutes of stretching followed by 200 jelqs four days a week, with three days off, one day off at mid week, and two back to back days off for the weekend. My routine may not sound intense, but the jelqs are very intense, though few in number compared to what others do. Two out of the last three times I have tried to have sex have been failures. I want to have sex (who doesn’t), but I also do not want to stop PE. This is how things will go.

I last did PE on Monday. I will not do any PE until I see my FWB again. I want to have sex for once. I am hoping to see her on Tuesday. My new schedule will be the same 10 min of stretches and 200 jelqs, but it will only be three days a week, and none of them will be consecutive. I need to find a good balance between quality PE that results in gains, and maintaining a functioning dick. Exercise days will be Mon Wed Fri with the other days of the week off. Here’s hoping!

Small correction, routine will be Sun Tue Thu instead. That way two of the days I have off from pe will be days that she is available to hang out.

don’t get demoralized! Both having sex and progressing in PE are important. Take a breath, relax for a time and you will see that everything will work :-) Surely just as your cock responded well to PE, it will equally return to excellent erections by giving it time and possibly doing some more suitable erection exercises such as Kegels. I will! Thank you for the advice and encouragement! If you look above in the thread, I outlined my new routine. It involves 200 fewer jelqs per week, and there will be a rest day in between each session. I think this will allow me to continue to gain while maintaining functionality. For now though, my break continues, and hopefully the next time I see my FWB, we will be able to have sex.

This may sound a bit strange, but one thing I like about PE is that when the penis gets bigger, EVERYTHING gets bigger, including the urethra and opening at the end. It now feels more like I have a fire hose attached to my pelvis than anything else. Taking a piss feels really good and satisfying.
