Okay so I am back in the PE game. Been hanging, A LOT. Using the BIB because my vac sleeves are stretched out again, I won’t be buying any more of those I think the BIB will work better for me. However I know monkeys vac extender will be a huge key to my future success in getting to 9”

I am doing fulcrum and SD sets. I use a rice sock for the fulcrum and also a PVC pipe sometimes. I am doing 10-12.5 lbs. Hitting fatigue already. I am ding dry jelqs too. I am tempted to bring pumping into this but I think I will only do that like once a week or so.

Haha HEY! I took like 1 1/2 weeks off okay! I know taking 6 weeks off is not going to jump start my gains. I need to hang and tear this shit apart. Better EQ and bigger faccid hang already after starting with the bib. Who would have thought hanging weights off my dick and having it turn purple would give me BETTER erections than not doing it.

My new pump rocks, I can REALLY feel the tug of it in the length direction. Makes it tempting to want to try that out but I keep telling myself pumping gains are very temporary for most.

Hard to hang as much as I want as work has been 9 hour shifts lately. But I am still getting over an hour and a half each day. Most sets are fulcrum. It’s hard for me to really feel the tug in the ligs with the BIB however I always felt it much better for fulcrum work. I am jelqing a good amount too, but I need to increase slowly each week.

Over 2 hours of hanging done today. 30 minutes BTC with the vac (only way I can work ligs and feel it) and the rest were done over a fulcrum using the BIB.

Jelqing done dry in between sets, usually 25 or so of them, that probably just returns blood flow. 2-3 days of the week I will do serious low erection wet jelqing.

Why do you only feel fatigue in the ligs with the vac? Skin stretching with the bib?

Yeah I guess so Pillars, I could never get SD or BTC hanging to work nearly as well as with the vac. Sort of sucks! But to be honest tunica work is what I really needed, after the pics I took last night you can really see how I have pulled my ligs out, I don’t think there is much more in there.

I got the same effect with my sort of vac hanger, excellent stretch in the ligs. With the bib I get skin stretch too, the thing to get the bib working with BTC is after you have stretched enough skin you will place more stress on the ligs, but I dont really wanna do that.

My skin is far enough stretched, that’s for sure.

Taking today off, and tomorrow I will do smooth muscle work (a lot of jelqing/low pressure pumping) I know the pumping will help as it gives me pull that feels even stronger than hanging with my new pump, it’s great.
