I have not done any PE in about 4-5 days. I am thinking I will wait 3 weeks. Measurements the same, but flaccid was a little smaller today. However when I tried out my new pump, just to make sure it sealed right, I looked longer in it, and at only 3 HG.

I am thinking of a routine to get back into when I start up. I will be using monkeybars extender for sure, I can’t decide if I will do any stretching to start or if I will do hanging, I really have no idea. This time around I want to start SUPER light.

Basically what I am saying is this, when I start up again:

1. I don’t want to stretch. It isn’t measurable, and honestly, it’s a fucking pain in the ass!

2. I will be using monkeybars KR extender. How can I fit this into my routine? I know his product will work as I firmly believe in ADS devices, my old ones just sucked and would slip off every 10 minutes!

3. I believe light jelqing should be used for me.

4. I want to start off very light. Every other day sounds good.but that is kind of counterproductive to ADS use, isn’t it? Maybe EOD will just be my jelqing schedule.

I need the pros help! Please guys!

iron, if you don’t get any replies from the pros here, start a thread out in the Main Member Forum. You will get lots of advice out there, I know I did with a girth thread a couple weeks ago. The pumping guys are great too.

I am no pro but I agree with you on stretching. I think a lot of it is way too stressful, it just makes me turtle.

You can do a 1 on/1 off routine, but using the ADS every day, it’s not counterproductive. The kind of force exerted by an ADS is so low that hardly can interfere with other kinds of PE work.

Thanks stud. Do you think I should do very light hanging before the extender work to pull out some length and then hold it there? It would b like stretching with the newbie routine but much more measure-able.

If you have an extender, you can try the static progressive stretching described here:

I think one hour of using the stress relaxation principle is better than 2 hours spent wearing your extender at a given length.

You should light weigths when starting again hanging for 1-2 weeks; after that you should use a weigth near to your previous top weight; the reason is, if have hung for a lot of time, restarting again and adding a little weight week after week will just make your penis stronger - think at it, what do you do when you want to reach an higher 3-reps max on the bench-press?

Instead, you want to cause some fatigue to your penis; so, after done hanging with a good weight, you can use the extender at a good tension (say 2+lbs) to prolong fatigue or at a very low tension (say 1/4-1/lbs), to help the recover and keep the elastic gains going: it’s your choice.

Be cautious and remember: these are just my personal thoughts. Listen to some other advices and then make your decision.

What about the Every other day thing? I am trying to go light but hanging every other day is very counterproductive, yes?

Maybe just jelq every other day? Or perhaps save the hanging for later and just use the ADS after jelqs. I am very confused as you can tell. I also don’t know when to take the rest days as I hear you need to hang every day.

Let’s keep things simple: you are hanging with a vac-hanger? Then the best approach, IMHO, is to do one very long set of 45+ minutes, starting with a low weight and adding say 1-2 lbs every 5-10 minutes. I’d do a 5 on/2 off.

Hanging is extremely time-consuming if one wants to avoid very high weights.

If you want to dedicate less time to PE, than you probably should avoid hanging. A jelq based routine is never a bad idea, IMHO. I’d say at your level of experience you should work at least 4 days per week, if you aren’t on a maintenaince routine. So a 1 on/1 off is probably good only for the first 1-2 weeks.

If you want to invest less time in PE, you could do dry jelqs instead than wet-jelqs, they are more intense and a lower number is effective.

Yes I use a vac hanger. I do not have a problem investing an hour each day to PE to be honest. As of right now I do not have a very busy schedule.

Dry jelqs never got me that “worked” feeling, wet jelqs are more intense for me, however I have a big turkey neck now, so it makes wet jelqing tough.

1 set lasting 1 hour is better than 3 sets of 20 minutes each (assuming same weight is used in both approaches) IMHO. You can see by yourself, looking at how much your penis remains extended.

Random Giant used this approach, if I remember correctly, and he was satisfied.

That is what I am doing right now but I add another hanging set at the end of the day. Can’t really say what gains I will see but I am new to hanging this much weight (4kg). From the way my unit feels, I think I will see some good gains. I’m still new to hanging and trying to figure out whats best for me.

Interesting I will definitely try that soon. I am just waiting for monkeybars extender, he has not gotten back to me the last few days but he is usually great about service.

Plein how do you like his extender head piece? I will be using that for the extender.

I’m using the VacADS cap with his hanger sleeves for a hanger. Also using the same cap with extender sleeve as a ADS. Works good but I think the cap could be deeper to fit more of my glans in. If I’m not careful, I get some of the glans pinched between the cap and sleeve. That hurts!

Had sex with new girl last night, she didn’t comment on the size until I started to go in and then it seemed things got pretty painful. I guess that makes up for the lack of comments.
