I ordered my LG hanger this week. It will be here soon. I am excited. I look forward to opening it and understanding it. I do know that for me to be effective at Hanging I will need to find a solution that allows me to sit while I do my sets.

By “find” of course I mean “build” but I have some tentative plans already. I’ve looked at different pulley systems. I think that I will run my pulleys with paracord. Paracord is both strong enough (550lbs break strength) and thick enough for the pulleys to rotate and I have enough in excess to run any amount needed to get the job done.

The question now becomes how tall can I make something under the desk that still needs to support adjustable weights that need to be suspended high enough to not be close to the ground so the full weight can be transferred via pulley back to my penis? How portable can such a system be? How obvious will such a system be? And how economical will building such a system that will have to have innate ballast to be able to support dangling various weights?

I will start drawing up prototypes very soon. Mapping out lengths of wood and types of ways to secure the assembly. Just a new frontier from me to explore the depths of. Pictures of my conceptual contraption will be forthcoming as I work on it.

TG, I have a single pulley for a boat sail, it cost me 7$ and it can be attached to a hook screwed into my wooden desk then I just need a rope from lg hanger to weight stack and it’s all set. Ofcourse this is only good for straight out with the height of my desk. But I could screw a hole in the roof and hang straight up also with a longer rope from the same pulley.

I bought mine used from internet outlet, but I think something like this (17$) is very similar . But the important thing is it should just be a “guiding pulley” dont lock up but just guide the rope and preferably ball bearing for low resistance.
