Also looking at your denominations I wonder why you bought 2 of the 2lb ones. What weight configuration needs them specifically with the rest of your weights?

I initially bought the minimum number of each weight. This made it difficult to drop weight after reaching fatigue. For example, if I was hanging 11 lbs (10+1) and wanted to drop to 8 lbs mid-set, I would have to remove all weight and add 8 lbs (5+2+1). The extra 1 and 2 lb weights give me a lot more flexibility to drop weight mid-set.

It’s sensible. I’ve never dropped weight mid set. I am going to take a slow route with my weight ramp up and test a theory. Hanging heavy and long isn’t likely to be my play.

I just would need a bigger PE budget. And I simply lack it at this point in my life. Especially considering my cumulative totals…

I’m interested in hearing more about your hanging strategy. My current goal is to achieve fatigue at lower weight. I’m also pursuing a new opportunity and will no longer work from home, so hanging 20+ hours/week won’t be a viable option. I’m in the process of revamping my whole PE strategy.

My PE spent thus far has been a bit ridiculous - I’m easily $5k+ deep at this point. I know that’s excessive and entirely unnecessary, but it is what it is. I tend to go all out on things. Some have far more expensive hobbies - cars, boats, firearms, etc.

You said you already know about hanging as you’ve already tried it a few times. Were you doing girth routines when you tampered with hanging in the past?

I really wish to know how much time you’ve spent doing both girth and length, and the gain ratio, I’m really starting to think girth routines will do better for hanging than just hanging alone..

It is mostly theory. I’ve only just opened my LG Hangar today but the basics are this:

Do edging and clamping prior. Run a set for an hour.

Or do edging, clamping and pumping first, then run a set for an hour.

First, prior to that, I’ll likely take a week (3-4 days with a day off between) to acclimate to the system. My weight system is in increments of 1.25lbs. So I’ll start at 2.5-4lbs and see what durations i can do with what sensations. Dial it down to work clamping in then back up. Then down again for pumping then back up. Ultimate goal is 1 hour sets between 6 and 9lbs.

Reason being is that extender theory is based on tensions between 500 and 4000 grams. I gained around 1200 grams 9 years ago. Accounting for size difference and conditioning I would expect the industry standard 2500-4200 gram high tension springs would be where I would be now and trying to rack up hours.

And 6lbs is 2700 odd grams. 9lbs is just over 4000 grams. Proof positive exists that no greater force is needed (I gained with far less before), JUST raw hours. But I can’t wear extenders anymore so I’ll work a hangar instead.

Additionally I have reason to believe pumping and clamping will assist in loosening tissues and temp gains when affected by traction will have a greater long lasting effect that could speed permanent gains and cementability. Of course, my IR lamp will be in play as well if it doesn’t endanger my sleeves or glans chamber.

So I’m not gonna take the hard and heavy route espoused by Bib. Because I want to be able to game at my desk, with a pulley system in relative comfort and biggerize my dick while owning noobs. *chuckles*

I’m well over $12000 and likely closer to $15000. Three or four years ago I counted $10000 before a hard drive wipe ate my PE receipts folder. Just, do what you will. I’m burned out on heavy investments PE wise. I just don’t wanna anymore if it can be helped.

I’ve never, in the past, run girth with hanging. I’ll say that right up front.

I will now, that has been what this entire year has been preparation for. I theorized this and put a long term plan into action that I’ll act on later this year or early next year. If you’ve been following this log I’ve laid out the basics of my plan a few times before (and pretty specific in prior post above) and I’ll be running girth with hanging with the intent of basically jumping off the deep end looking for a growth spurt that should be waiting.

But, I still need to master the use of this hangar and balance all the overtime i work to make this next campaign a success.

All of this remains to yet be seen.

Two Cubic Inches Per year

In a deep philosophical debate with another user here I looked at my gains since I’ve been here. Bottom out prior numbers of about 8.85”x5.9” to 9.25x6.25” now is 4.33 cubic inches since July of 2016.

Almost exactly 2 cubic inches per year down to 2 decimal places for 2.33 years.

When you get to a certain size things just get tricky. Proportionately the amount of geometrical Mass to be gained is not the same but the real amount of mass is the same. We cannot gain the same amount proportionally throughout our PE careers. It is not realistic nor possible.

Staying motivated when you get into sizes that are considered legendary is going to be key because the amount of measurable gains you will have are going to be much less compared to your beginning gains patterns.

I have the long game in mind. And I look at my gain patterns as more of a desire to multiplicatively increase my size by several times my original one. My 4.33 ci gain is still a net gain of 50% my starting size. And my starting size being dead on average it is such good motivation that every 9 ci is another entire cock worth the space I can take up. Cubic Inches keep it a motivating game. My short-term goal of 6.5” MSEG is another 3 ci and just a quarter inch of girth, not even counting any length. So it’s easy to reach. Just an incremental step at a time.

I’m at 28 and change cubic inches now. My ultimate goal is 40 cubic inches. At which point I’ll just quit. There’s too many combinations of how that can be reached. So I put some geometrical limit on my formless goal. Making it past 31 by year end would be phenomenal. I will settle for hitting it in April of next year. I want to boost my gains rate and get to 40 cubic inches in the next 3 years. Though I could only be halfway there if my patterns are holding true and not increasing with my new campaign.

We will see.

The Secret

How To Gain Like a Pro

That is it. I cannot lay it out better. There are tons of things to learn but that’s the essence. And once you get it, you get it.

I wish I had a more epic entry but it’s just…a thought I wanted to catalogue here.

Theory on reactions.

Tissue response and tugback

I talk about basic tissue response and tugback. It’s just one piece of the code but it’s the variant that makes the code so tricky.

Cracking the code is certainly challenging. Crack the dick code, and the dick will generate a new code. Sneaky adaptive little bastard, but you know this already.

That’s why I prefer a different angle. Rather than crack the code of my own natural tissue response, only to have that code ultimately change, I prefer to crack the code of how to change how my tissue responds.

I think I’m getting closer to cracking that code.

If you crack the code, it’s your personal code. It is why my progress is predictably steady. You just have to be tempered enough to use the information you learn wisely.

Your method is a fine one as well, at least in theory. But high level chemistry and biology theory with a guess and check modified on the fly, altering both hypothesis and experiment parameters are really tough odds to run against in the name of saving time and maybe gaining faster.

Perhaps, but it’s what I enjoy ;)

This here actually made me think to check my premises and whether my long term goal setting expectations were realistic. I calculated that based on my plan of attack I was looking for a 1.1 cubic inch yearly gain. This is assuming no girth increase, which anecdotally I think a small amount is happening and is unavoidable. But should still leave me within the realm of reasonable expectations.

I can’t really articulate why but it seems to me at this point that having such a framework is essential.

Not necessarily if some or all of the weights are replaced with elastic resistance bands. If powerlifters can use them I can not see why not us the penislifters.
They come in various forms with progressive load curve depending how much they are pulled.

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

I simply do not want to buy more stuff if at all possible. I mean ingenuity says that basic steel disk weights are not the most efficient but they’re what I got from a Sears closeout sale.
