TheUpcumming newbie progress

Thanks for checking in.
I’ve just started on the newbie routine, and for myself I’d like to keep a log to see how I (hopefully) progress, so I thought I might aswell post it on here so anyone interested can chip in or follow.
My starting routine will be as follows:
5-10 Minute warm up with Rice sock
5-10 minutes of manual stretching in all directions
Around 10 minutes of 3-second jelqing
5-10 minute warm down with rice sock
Something like 2 days on 1 rest 2 day on 2 rest
Any comments or adjustments to my routine is welcome.
Starting stats as of 23/1/2017
BPFL: 10 cm // 3.9”
MSFG: 12 cm // 4.72”
BPEL: 15.5 cm // 6.10”
MSEG: 13.5 cm //5.31”
Goal:
BPEL: 18 cm / 7”
MSEG: 15 cm / 5.9”
A lower hanging and more thick flaccid state
A continuous high EQ
I’m thinking of measuring each one month approx after 1-2 rest days. Any thoughts?
