Hello everyone,

Thanks for checking in.

I’ve just started on the newbie routine, and for myself I’d like to keep a log to see how I (hopefully) progress, so I thought I might aswell post it on here so anyone interested can chip in or follow.

My starting routine will be as follows:

5-10 Minute warm up with Rice sock
5-10 minutes of manual stretching in all directions
Around 10 minutes of 3-second jelqing
5-10 minute warm down with rice sock

Something like 2 days on 1 rest 2 day on 2 rest

Any comments or adjustments to my routine is welcome.

Starting stats as of 23/1/2017

BPFL: 10 cm // 3.9”
MSFG: 12 cm // 4.72”

BPEL: 15.5 cm // 6.10”
MSEG: 13.5 cm //5.31”

Goal:
BPEL: 18 cm / 7”
MSEG: 15 cm / 5.9”
A lower hanging and more thick flaccid state
A continuous high EQ

I’m thinking of measuring each one month approx after 1-2 rest days. Any thoughts?

I would honestly recommend doing the START HERE ——-> NEWBIE ROUTINE <——- Important Newbie Info as written instead of what you’re starting with. That’s a bit much and more doesn’t equal more or faster gains, especially when you first start.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for commenting - I think I was abit unclear but what I meant in my thread was gradually going from 5- 10 minute stretches, as its said in the newbie routine. Atleast I suppose thats what you mean by abit too much to start of with. Correct me if I’m wrong :)

Just as thoughtfulgold said, stick on the Newbie Routine for at least 3 months and see what you get from it.
Also keep in mind that a lot of people here have gains with a lighter routine than the Newbie.

First status

It’s time for my first progress update, as I’ve been doing my first routine for roughly a month now.

First of all it’s worth noting that I’ve missed a few sessions, and some sessions have also been substantially shorter than my whole routine.
During these shorter sessions, I kept focus on the stretches rather than jelqs, as my first and primary goal is finding out if I can gain some length.
As a result of this I’m hoping for a length gain during this first measurement and not expecting any girth gain.

So how does it look down there after my first month?

I have definitely noted a better EQ. I don’t have morning wood every morning, but mostly I do. During sex with my girlfriend my EQ is great and better than before. After I started PE I stay totally hard even during long sexual sessions. This is GREAT!! It should be noted that I didn’t by any means had a bad EQ before I started PE, but I definitely still feel a big difference.

First measurement numbers(note: measured before todays PE session, and yesterday was a short session):

BPFL: 10.5 cm // 4.13” = +0.5 cm
MSFG: 12 cm // 4.72” = 0

BPEL: 16 cm // 6.29” = +0.5 cm
MSEG: 15 cm //5.9” = +1.5 cm

I’m really surprised about the EG gains - however most of the gains is probably due to the higher EQ.
I’m very happy with the gain in length. Part of it might be improved EQ but theres no way I would’ve measured 16 cm before I started PE

All in all I’m feeling good about what I’m doing and I’ll continue as I have during the next 2 month. In a month I will post another update and after the 3rd month a recap of my newbie routine status.

Things in life happened and while sticking with the newbie routine on and off I’ve been at a 2 year hiatus.

Newbie routine did make me initial gains, even if not much as well as conditioning my penis.

I’ve bought a LeLuv pumping kit with a 2” cylinder, and I currently finished first week of pumping with a pressure of up to -5 inHG.

First week routine was sets of 2x7.5 min in the tube with a little massage/jelq inbetween

Ill be taking another day off and then continue with week 2 and a routine of 2x 10 min in the tube.

Notes: After the first week(having been doing alot of newbie routine earlier prior to that) I’m easily measuering 16.5cm BPEL with a ruler which is an increase from my last post.
Notes: I’m getting my hans on a microwave-oven again, so that I can start using a rice sock for warm up prior to pumping. Until then ill be massaging my unit.
Notes: I need a measuring tape, tokeep track of girth improvements from the pumping. Also considering adding pictures with a ruler for proof of my BPEL gains.
