Another method for erections.

Glad I have stumbled upon this. I’m one of the fools that gets bad aches from Viagra. If it’s doing that from me, it can’t be good.

So, I’m a preventative type of guy. Everyone I know at work is on some type of statin. Or 50% of my workplace. So I stumbled upon Linus Pauling. 50% say he’s a quack, 50% say he’s a genius. I say genius.

I started a regular regimen of 3-4G vitamin C a day / 2-3G L-lysine a day and I’m having the best wood I’ve had in years at 41.
Do some research on Linus Pauling. I did some research recently and stumbled upon a bunch of folks that reversed heart problems, hardening of the arteries, and other related issues with the Linus Pauling therapy. Doesn’t get any cheaper than Vitamin C and L-lysine.

Hm. I’ve been doing 2G of vit C a day (based on instruction from my optometrist) but notice more effect if I use more, which usually happens if I miss a dose. Maybe I’ll up it to 3G. Vit C doesn’t build up right?


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

kfarrelldba, I believe you take some other supplements, can you actually narrow down your erection improvement to this regimen?

Vitamin C and E combo is an must for athletes and I do take L-Arginine and L-Lysyne as a combo for training . Until recently I was taking E 1000IU for growth in connecting tissue

More than 2 grams of vitamin C per day can be harmful.

We’re talking about 4 grams… for people that are likely at least 50 kg.

There were reports that too much Vit C slows gains from weight training though. Look for it on t-nation.

Has anybody else seen the benefits from this? Wondering if I should invest in this or not

Zinc has certain antiviral and antibacterial properties and it plays a key role in man’s ability to have sex to completion.

I don’t really take anything else except zinc, magnesium and b6 at bedtime.

500mg of maca in the am, fish oil, that’s about it.

I use to do lots of raw ginger but have been lazy lately.

Don’t remember where I read it, but a couple doctors in Europe have tried mega-doses of Vitamin-C to help reverse/slow/treat inoperable stage-4 cancer patients with some surprising success. I’m talking intravenous doses of 100-150 grams per day. None of the patients showed signs of additional sickness or poisoning from the insanely high amounts of Vitamin-C.

Hmm.

So the UL seems to be 2 grams (thanks marinera)., but 100 grams a day doesn’t seem to harm anything. How long of a duration was it?
