Can creatine help increase penis size?

Hello all

Just wondering if taking creatine can help improve gains while doing PE exercises? My logic is that blood is being forced into the penis, and its the same as building muscle in the gym.

Never underestimate a man. He may be slow, he may be weak and he may be an asshole but given the chance, he could put you to shame.

26/1/09 - BPEL - 5 inches, EG - Base 3.8 inches; mid shaft 4 inches

Hmm I didn’t notice any better gaining. 6 months with creatine and PE, the other 6 months without creatine - same results.

Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

I'm going to reach my goal, and there is no one who can stop me! Yes, I'm a persistent bastard :D

My Pictures! I am back baby, and I will hang out with my wang out!

My understanding is that creatine is more about water retention in the muscles. Simplified I know.

There is controversy on whether any supp helps with PE gains.

I will say that L-Arginine or AAKG promotes harder erections. AAKG is the main ingredient in those “NO Explode” type products.

As kingpole likes to say, a harder dick is a bigger dick.

Creatine could help your grip stamina, so indirectly make manual stretching more proficient. That’s the best I can think about.

Water retention is a side effect of a certain form of creatine.

Creatine has absolutely nothing to do with blood though. Creatine allows muscle to recycle it’s immediate energy source more rapidly. The penis is no a muscle, so creatine would have no effect.

You shouldn’t be using creatine for longer than 6 weeks. Your body creates creatine naturally, and works naturally towards homeostasis. If you’re taking higher than normal levels of creatine, your body will eventually adjust to the high levels and you’ll stop seeing gains (at least with weight lifting) You should work within you’re natural body cycles. (4-6 weeks) then purge for 7-10 days so you’re body never has a chance to adjust to the new levels of creatine.

Abstract

Objective: This study investigated resting concentrations of selected androgens after 3 weeks of creatine supplementation in male rugby players. It was hypothesized that the ratio of dihydrotestosterone (DHT, a biologically more active androgen) to testosterone (T) would change with creatine supplementation.

Design: Double-blind placebo-controlled crossover study with a 6-week washout period.

Setting: Rugby Institute in South Africa.

Participants: College-aged rugby players (n = 20) volunteered for the study, which took place during the competitive season.

Interventions: Subjects loaded with creatine (25 g/day creatine with 25 g/day glucose) or placebo (50 g/day glucose) for 7 days followed by 14 days of maintenance (5 g/day creatine with 25 g/day glucose or 30 g/day glucose placebo).

Main Outcome Measures: Serum T and DHT were measured and ratio calculated at baseline and after 7 days and 21 days of creatine supplementation (or placebo). Body composition measurements were taken at each time point.

Results: After 7 days of creatine loading, or a further 14 days of creatine maintenance dose, serum T levels did not change. However, levels of DHT increased by 56% after 7 days of creatine loading and remained 40% above baseline after 14 days maintenance (P < 0.001). The ratio of DHT:T also increased by 36% after 7 days creatine supplementation and remained elevated by 22% after the maintenance dose (P < 0.01).

Conclusions: Creatine supplementation may, in part, act through an increased rate of conversion of T to DHT. Further investigation is warranted as a result of the high frequency of individuals using creatine supplementation and the long-term safety of alterations in circulating androgen composition.

Statement of Clinical Relevance: Although creatine is a widely used ergogenic aid, the mechanisms of action are incompletely understood, particularly in relation to dihydrotestosterone, and therefore the long-term clinical safety cannot be guaranteed.

I’ve read some threads here that DHT can positively affect PE.. So can this translate into that creatine is a good aid during PE ?

Some nice info on creatine here:
Why Use Creatine & What Else To Know

Creatine should help with grip workouts and allow you to hold your penis in a manual stretch for longer and with more power.

But, I think creatine is crap. You can get great gains from a lot of pain, diet and rest. I got IBD while supplementing creatine, it probably wasn’t that - but I now frown upon it as others have said the same thing.

Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

That would be my answer too.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Have you looked at the study I posted or you didn’t even read it ?

There isn’t any proof that DHT can help with PE gains, Jjjpuku, so let’s tone the attitude, ok?

I have never seen anything conclusive here about DHT having any positive effects on PE. I am fairly certain that once puberty is over, there is no mechanism by which DHT could have a positive effect, although on sites that are selling stuff I have often seen it suggested. In early puberty, if creatine does produce higher serum DHT, possibly it may have an effect, but that would still depend on the ability of the hormone receptors to take up the extra DHT.

Your link is interesting, but it appears to be the only study of it’s kind, and seems to have primarily been picked up on by hairloss sites. I expect, because of the wide use of creatine, and the substantial effects of raised DHT levels in the body, that others will try to replicate this study in time. My belief remains that neither creatine’s effects in the body’s energy system, nor it’s possible ability to increase DHT would have any effects on PE success in the adult male.

Meh, I read it. In my one person “study” of taking creatine for 3 years it won’t make it grow. Taking creatine along with working out has a positive overall affect IMO on erection quality, fat pad, etc. In the “big picture” I think it helps but it won’t make it grow like doing PE.
