6 min kegel, still can't DO

6 min kegel, still can't DO

I can hold a hard kegel for 6 min, but still not strong enough to hold back ejaculation. I feel like that is really good. Even some guys that can DO can’t do 6 min. Anyway, am I left to towel raises for strength? Ejaculation is just too powerful to hold back. Dammit. I don’t like ejaculating after edging for PE gains, but also working on DO. Ideas?

Yea bro there’s something better than towel raises since it’s kind of hard to keep a hard on for those.

Pull the head of your dick straight up when you’re sitting down. Contract your pelvic floor and you should feel your dick move inside you a bit. If you don’t angle your dick differently and try again. These are the same muscles that towel raises work. It’s just easier to do and you can use more force via pulling up on your dick harder so it’s even harder to contract it via muscles.

Also for doing kegels I’d focus on doing them *very* hard for less time. Try sets at 10 to 30 seconds but contract as hard as you can for those 10 to 30 seconds. To help alleviate tension build up alternate those with reverse kegels and you’ll be good to go.

You what I notice, when I kegel, I feel like I can hold and squeeze really hard. But, when I try to hold back the ejac, it just seems so much weaker. Like I’m not quite training the correct muscle to hold back ejac. So, I’m going to try your suggestion TungstenMan. I need to increase strength because obviously I have great endurance.

Yea pulling out on the dick then using your pelvic floor to pull it in really adds a ton of strength building possibilities. Just practice with the right strength so you can hold it for sets of 1 to 10 seconds. It’s really easy to pull too hard so your pelvic floor can’t retract the dick. It’s also important to make sure it’s retracted for the whole 10 seconds. Sometimes I’ll increase the pull strength and without noticing it it’ll no longer be retracted. To ensure you held the whole time continue the pull with your hand but release your pelvic floor. If you held for the whole time you’ll feel like your dick has more slack in it.

Don, maybe try relaxing and pushing down to release the tension to get past the PONR, rather than trying to clamp it off with a long duration kegel.

Thanks for the link stay cool. Your referring to a reverse kegel. Thats actually how I orgasm from a bj. Instead of squeezing out the orgasm, I push it out. But Ive never tried that to have a DO. I’ve also started doing really strong kegels for 10 seconds instead of holding for time. I think I just need to strengthen.

Yea strength is developed by doing that. Also make sure to try to thing where you grab your dick and pull it inside you using your pelvic floor. It really helps you get stronger.
