Rubbing the head and frenulum area proves just how sensitive it is. When I’ve worked myself upto the point of no return while ballooning or edging the slightest sensation in this area can push me over the edge, causing me to clench my pc like when ejaculating, then come the ejaculation contractions and its all over till I’m horney enough to go again…Its even worse when I’m with my g/f as the slightest movement gets me at that point. Although I’ve learnt to not push myself THAT far, getting to the stage BEFORE the point of no return instead, I would be able to last much longer if I didnt have an instinctual clench every time my head was stimulated like that while very aroused. Making me able to pump faster for longer as she likes.
So I’m going to try and desensitize the area and will report back with results.
I’m also going to couple this with a kegel routine of 3x20 3sec clenches a day.
