I have an issue where when I get really excited I leak a clear sticky liquid. It has no odor and is not white like sperm. It drips out slowly and eventually would get my whole underware and pants wet and slimey.

My "treatment" is to try to produce more pre-ejaculate, because I usually only produce a couple drops. I enjoy the "wet and slimey" you mention. So following up on one of my old threads. I read an article recently about this- men being too wet too with precum.
