Hi. Tomorrow ends my second conditioning routine (after 3 months in, will measure tomorrow):
3 sets of 3 minutes warm up (hot wash cloth)
1 set of 30 sec. stretches, left, right, up and down (back stretching but only in the last month)
1 set of 20 sec. helicopter-shake (left and right)
7 minutes dry-jelq
5 minutes clamping
7 minutes dry-jelq
Didn’t notice negative PI (way before PE I always had an discolored/darker penis, I think because I used to masturbate with oils on it). These 5 minutes of clamping raise even more my EQ.
What should I do next (I know these are changes by feeling, looking for opinions)?
Increase jelq? Clamping? Add more sets with same time?
*Looking for girth.
