Just to be sure:

Kegel: when executed, penis do that little jump If semi-erect or erect right? If peeing, and kegel, pee stream stops, right?
Reverse Kegel: when executed, forces pee stream to go faster, fart lounder, right?

Hmmm, since I bail riding my bike, can’t find any other sport. I totally cannot stand on gym, hard to find concentration to do the exercises at gym.

Already did some mad aminoacids supplementation and didn’t notice a bit of difference. Went from low dosages with pill till high dosages with powders.

Got some bundle herbs pills but didn’t received them yet. They have tribulus, ginko, MACA and a bunch more, let’s see how it goes.

Since my voluntary erections are normal, the lack of morning wood is something that I should got worried? Short-term measure is to go back to 1 ON / 1 OFF since my routine is 100% girth.

Riding the bike really fast for 10 minutes a day is what the guy in the vid does. Pushes your system.

Does look fine otherwise. Try the pills. But buying specific ones and combining them later is better I think.

Overall its just not a positive PI to not get solid morning erections.
So you might tweak your routine with some tests and watch out what Changes changes what if that makes sense.
Could be more Jelqs or more intensity or less … Some tests less/more might give you indicators where to go. If you get a slight indicator you keep doing that.

Got it. Will drop down a bit the intensity on jelqs, on the grip and work with a bit lesser erection on clamping … If nothing changes I will be doing 1 ON / 1 OFF.

I’m new to all of this and I was wondering if being uncircumcised has any effect on gripping technique when doing manual exercises?

When stretching do you hold the stretch for how ever long your doing it or stretch and release and repeat.

Just got some L-arginine. Waiting for Reply from the lovely guy who has a chemical PE thread, but what are your guys’ recommendation when to take this stuff? Should I cycle off of it? Or just take it forever? I bought it in the powdered form and am looking forward to also taking it before my workouts to increase my pump if it works.

I recommend doing it in cycles. I do a week on and a week off. :) But firstly, I must show off my brainage and tell you L-Arginine is converted in to nitric oxide when it’s in the body. Nitric Oxide makes your blood vessels widen for better blood flow throughout the body. Which is it’s main purpose! :) So it does amazing things for your body! And I’m all about the body. ;) Work it, baby work it!

But I’ve never taken it in powder form. :) But take fish oil everyday! That’s a must for everyone.

HAHA I feel ya there! I am thinking a two week on, two week off cycle. Or a month. I look some arginine before breakfast, and before a workout. I could feel the pump lifting today, WOW! Anyway, someone on another thread told me to take L Citurline or something like that. What is the L arginine to this Amino acids intake. I looked up a few products, and it seemed they used half the Citurline to the amount of Argnine. What is the total grams of Citurline tot take in a day? Can these two be taken at the same time?

The reason for asking is I have been informed Citurline converts into the same things as Argnine over time. Do you guys just take arginine with no accompanying amino?

Why is kegeling a must during clamping? Just curious. Is it to force more blood into the penis after the blood flow is cut off from the clamp?
