Erect jelqs are very very dangerous. Do Not Do Them.
I also remember reading reverse jelqs being dangerous as well. My memory is rusty, hope some other vets can chime in on reverse jelqs.
hotstuff123 - if you are a newbie, I would say don’t worry about anything fancy until you have done the regular old NEWBIE routine for 3 months or so.
See where that gets you. Additionally doing the newbie routine will teach you a lot about your penis and how it responds to PE. So that when you move on to more advanced stuff, you’ll have the knowledge to do that without hurting yourself.
You may find that newbie is basically all you will ever need.

That being said, I gained base girth when I started pumping 4 or so months after doing the newbie.
Others have said hanging is good for adding base girth.
Again though stick with newbie for a while and see where that gets you. And don’t touch any of the devices until you’ve got at least 3 months PE under your belt.
