Gonna start PE, advice please
So, I’ve played around with penis enlargement in the past, but now I want to get after it for real! I’m not small, at all, my member is like 8 inches bone pressed and hard, but with average girth (I’ll check tomorrow, I just masturbated). But lately I’ve really got into bodybuilding and powerlifting and I looking for the total alpha-male package here. I’m sorry if it offends some people on the forum that someone who is not at or below average wants to undertake penis enlargement (I’ve seen posts about this issue), but it’s what I want to do and I’m willing to put the time in. Anyway, my main goals are to add girth primarily, but I want to add length as well. Just like you never neglect a single body part in bodybuilding, I figure it would be a bad idea to focus on one aspect of penis size without addressing the other. I just want to add girth a little quicker if possible, just to even things out. It’s not skinny or anything, it just could be thicker. Eventually I want to hit like ten to eleven inches and be much thicker, and I’m only 23 so I have all the time in the world.
I figured I’d stick pretty closely to that newbie routine thing everyone suggests. I’d warm it up in the shower, stretch for a bit, get out of the shower and do some slow 50-75% jelqs, then hot wrap that baby and finish up with a bunch of kegels (even though I don’t like them much). Any ideas or suggestions regarding this protocol regarding what it’s lacking to accomplish my goals. I’m gonna start tonight, so if anyone could respond by then I would really appreciate it!
Another question I have is when I jelq, what is the best lubrication? When doing it before I used soap (bad idea), petroleum jelly, and vegetable oil. Didn’t really like any of those choices for different reasons, but the vegetable oil was the best but it was weird slathering my dick up with canola all the time.
I think I’ll slowly work up to everyday, then start integrating some morning sessions as well, eventually getting to the point where I’m doing it twice everyday, even going up to three or more times a day in the future. I’ve heard of people making some outstanding gains doing very frequent manual exercises repetitively thoughout the day. If I can really add a good amount of girth, I’ll probably invest in a good all day stretcher too, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get there. MAYBE eventually, a long while down the road, I may look into clamping or something, but those practices just sound dangerous. What’s everyone’s opinion on the clamping issue?
