Here’s how I measure BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length), maybe it will help you:

— get a hard on
— stand up
— put the ruler on top of your penis
— line it up so it so the measuring edge of it is about in the middle, bisecting your shaft and glans
— use your other hand to straighten your left or right curve if you have one
— with the ruler hand, press the edge of the ruler so it is against your pubic bone
— make note of the number

You don’t have to measure this way exactly, just be consistent every time.

Measuring BPEL is good because it helps you keep track of your gains — it eliminates the variable of your fat pad, which can fluctuate daily.

Measure your erect girth at the base and midshaft with a cloth tape measure.
