How to measure Erection Quality
OK, so by searching (both the forum and google), I haven’t found a practical way for PE’ers to measure their EQ.
On this forum, I’ve found that people tend to use a non-defined scale of 1-10 to describe their erections. If you ask me, this method is not objective enough.
Googleing, I’ve found out about EHS (Erection Hardness Scale), a method that I find very unsuitable for PE purposes.
Therefore, I suggest developing our own EQ scale, for PE use. This scale will effectively show where you are erection-wise, and will provide a good and objective way to measure our progress and follow EQ as a PI.
Let me remind you, we need to know every aspect of our erections: nite and morning wood, hardness, amount of work/time it takes to achieve it, reaction in stressful situations etc.
So, in order to determine where you are, take a few minutes, and answer these few questions:
1. When nervous or anxious, you can probably achieve:
a) No erection (0-50%) - 0 points
a) Small erections (50-80%) - 1 point
c) Hard erections (80%-100%) - 2 points
2. After (or during) a stressful day, can you achieve an erection?
a) Yes - 1 point
b) No - 0 points
3. When extremely aroused, do you have problems achieving an erection?
a) No - 1 points
c) Yes - 0 points
4. When only slightly aroused, do you have problems achieving an erection?
a) Never - 2 points
b) Sometimes - 1 point
c) Always - 0 points
5. Can you achieve an erection without any stimulation and/or visual aids (by pumping-in blood with the BC musle)?
a) Yes - 1 point
b) No - 0 points
6. While having sex or masturbating, sometimes after a while, your erections weaken.
a) No - 1 point
b) Yes - 0 points
7. While having sex or masturbating, how strong are your erections on average?
a) Strong - 1 point
b) Weak or none - 0 points
8. Do you have regular nite and morning wood?
a) Yes - 1 point
b) No - 0 points
Just add-up your points, and see where you are at this objective 0-10 EQ scale.
And please tell me, where were you (on the scale) before starting PE, and where are you now?
Before starting PE, I was 2/10 on this scale, and now I am 5/10. Sadly, that is still pretty weak…
