LOW "LOT".. need some advice!

LOT is determined by stretching the flaccid penis in a way that it is taut, but not so much that it will hinder the penis from being pulled back into the body when kegeling. While holding the penis in this light stretch, point the shaft straight up and kegel. The penis experiences a visible tugback. This straight up position is a 12:00 LOT, according to the LOT clock.
LOT clock

1. Visualize a LOT clock around the penis while standing sideways to a mirror so that the penis is parallel with the surface of the mirror.
2. Grasp the penis and perform and hold a light stretch, being sure not to pull so tight that the tugback will be hindered when kegeling.
3. Position the penis so that it is pointing straight up, that is, at 12:00.
4. Begin kegeling and slowly moving the penis down, watching in the mirror.
5. While kegeling over and over again and lowering the penis, observe closely for the moment that the tugback stops.

Visualize the LOT clock, the direction in which the penis is pointing, when the tugback is no longer visibly noticeable, is the LOT for that penis. Looking at the LOT clock diagram, imagine that the penis stopped being pulled back into the body while pointing at 9:00. The LOT for that penis is 9:00, just as it is in the diagram. If tubback is lost between 7:00 and 8:00, then the LOT is 7:30.

Ok, I am not sure if am doing this right, let me describe it.
1) I grabbed my gland and pulled up lightly, then I kegeled.
2) I noticed a pullback towards my body, so I lowered my penis a bit (still grabbing the gland)
3) I continued to kegel cuz I noticed a pull back towards my body.
4) Until passed 9 o’clock angle (straight out), there was less pulling back.
5) Until I reached 7, there was no pulling back, but just my pelvic movement.

A. So, if my LOT is 7, which is QUITE LOW, then should I do manual stretches that POINT UPWARDS, so that I can work on my tunica? (The LOT theory states that I won’t be gaining much from pulling downward).

B. What about jelqing? I have been doing downward OK grip jelqing.. usually straight out or slightly downward. Should I do standard OK jelq and JELQ UPWARDS?

C) Would BTC (pull my penis underneath my butt and towards behind) work? I feel the stretch in my pelvic area.

PS: Those of you with LOW LOT, do you tend to have erection that points upward between 9-11 o’clock direction? My erection points upwards.

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks!

My advice is don’t worry about LOT. No need to get all hot and bothered about a theory.

Just do the “newbie routine” or the lighter “Linear Newbie.”

What sta-kool said +1.

Instead of LOT use PI’s as an indicator for your routine.

What is “PI”?

What are some of the exercises good for stretching “tunica”?

I have been doing A-Stretch to tackle that area and manually pull up… the challenge is my hand gets sore after a while.

Thanks for the input. Anyone else?

Kubchaser,

Your LOT is probably 9 or maybe a little higher. LOT is not COMPLETE loss of tug back, but the first sign of loss of tug back. Therefore you probably have quite a bit to gain from lower angle hanging such as BTC.

There are two others tests: the palpation and mirror test. The three should correlate so you know where you truly stand.

Do yourself a favor and start hanging.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I love that you’ve done so much reading about LOT and yet don’t even know what a PI is!

My “advice” is forget about LOT and listen to sta-kool

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

All reliable sources of info can be found on the main page on the left side in a column called Recent Articles. Everything you need (or want) to know is there.

Newbies really shouldn’t hang. Better to spend 3 or 4 months with a manual Newbie Routine to get some knowledge about how his penis responds to PE and get his penis conditioned. Most people seem to gain with newbie.

I just finished reading a thread where a newbie was over-enthusiastic with his penis pump and now has a bunch of blisters on his glans! Better to hold off on devices until you’ve got some Newbie Routine experience under your belt.

sta-kool,

I think if he started out as Bib recommends and start at a simple 2.5 or 5 lbs he will be good to go. nothing wrong at all with manual stretching, but 5 pounds max will do less than an unknown amount of pressure from his hand. At least with weights he controls the weight.

I hear what you are saying about being able to control the resistance, but I am reading way too many threads these days about newbies trying some advanced exercise and then hurting themselves

The best advice I got as a newbie when I was getting all agitated over wanting to pump was this:

Couple of months, a year- what difference does it make? You planning on getting rid of your unit soon?

I didn’t think so. Just keep working your Penile Enhancement practice.

Or as I say, PE is a marathon, not a sprint (and, for that matter, a journey, not a destination). Pace yourself.

Those guys were right, it was not as if my penis was going anywhere soon.

So there is plenty of time for kubchaser to hang later. In the meantime he can research all about hanging while he is doing newbie.

A big house needs a strong foundation.

The newbie routine will help build the foundation even if it’s only a foundation of knowledge and conditioning.

How many newbies get over zealous pulling their dicks in the newbie routine and rupture something? The risk is the same no matter what method.

I don’t agree with that at all. Some methods are more dangerous than others. And some are more complicated, leading to more things you can do wrong. The advantage to the newbie routine is that its simple to do those exercises and you instantly respond to feedback your body gives you. You lose nothing by starting that way, and most people gain nicely with it.

If you want to delve into LOT - and not just the good old theory claim crap - read the “LOT 101 Thread”. It’ll most likely leave you with a headache, but the gist of it that the theory doesn’t hold water.

Oh, once the world was considered flat too.

Primary goal: To have an EQ above average (i.e. streetsmart, compassionate about life and happy) Secondary goal: to make an anagram of my signature denoting how I feel about my gains
