Hello people, I have a thin penis and I want to get it thicker. I have read a few articles about girth with cock rings at this forum but everyone had their own opinion and I got confused . As a newbie I am asking you people to tell me a way to gain girth without making my penis purple. I am currently planning on buying a few cock rings (both metal and plastic) because that is the only thing I can order and use for such thing now. Should I do that? If yes, how should I use it and what type should the cock ring be ? I jelqed before but it hurt like hell even I was something around %50 erect and I repeated 100 times with 4-5 second strokes even after stretching.

As to the cockrings, stick to the soft stretchy ones. Put the metal ones away for the time being. The stretchy ones are easier to take on and off.

You may gain all the girth you want from a hands only routine.

As to devices, in my humble opinion, a pump system with a pressure gauge is the gentlest way to gain girth. So someday you may want to do that. But that is a long ways off in your PE career

So do the hands only routine for the time being as kavemonster says.

It would be a good idea to read through the Beginners section. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

I found Pumping to be effective in increasing my girth. However,It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
