OK, safely back again (well, I saw one moose, but it had already crossed the road).
The pleasant surprise was, that when I measured my dick after I got home, I got about 3 mm bigger reading, than before my midsummer holiday. The couple days rest made wonders.
Beenie169, I use Linear routine, of course. Right now I do about 200 jelqs (dropped it to 180 after vacation) and very light Ulis and 3- 5 stretch to all directions (little variation depending about direction) + 2 v-stretch.
I do my routine every other day and perhaps once a week or a week and a half I have one 2 days rest.
And yes I recommend every other day or 2 on 1 off to advanced routine also.
Fauxreal, the JAI stretches seems just fine, just remember to control the number of stretches. If I have understood JAI stretches right, they are supposed to be at least as effective as normal stretches, so it is good to remember this when you plan the number of stretches.
