The questions is this: is there really permanent gains without maintenance?

Case scenario.

Been doing PE for 1 year and gained 0,5” in both ways. Its enough and I want to quit
And never do PE again how should I do that? Maintenance for 3 month and then quit or
Is it not even possible to keep gains without doing any maintenance.

People I’ve read about say they “would dare totally stop / think its fun to at least do any maintenance ” etc.
I’ve only read about one person that has kept his gains so therefore I’m creating this discussion since I believe its valid questions for especially for newbies.

If its not possible to quit PE without keeping gains I wouldn’t start with it in the first place.

I have read about quite a few people who have never lost their gains, but why take the risk? What is so hard about doing 5 minutes of jelqing a couple of times a week?

I believe if you are still getting 100% hard erections several times a week, you won’t lose your gains. If you only ever get 70% erections, or get very few a week, you will lose size. Even guys who have never done PE tend to lose size as they get older and rarely get frequent, full erections.

Yeah why completely quit? PE is like physical training, train less if you don’t want to be an athlete but don’t become sedentary.

Well there are many reasons why I wouldn’t spend time with PE

1) takes time / stress / energy
2) usually needs privacy / energy from having a ‘secret’
3) takes away freedom, its almost like taking medications / etc if you don’t need them that’s the best solution.

So from the answers so far I understand that I would completely loose my gains if I stop doing PE?

( I understand arguments like ‘why take the risk etc’ but that’s another story)

No one knows what would happen for sure, but I’d say the odds are at pairs.

Have been off PE for a long time, have lost length but not girth. Just had too much life in the way of PE.

Pretty sure I can get the length back pretty quickly if I would do basic stretches again.

Re-read my reply. If you get 100% boners a few times a week you probably won’t lose any gains even if you don’t do any PE.

I haven’t lost any of my gains. However, at the moment I still do the occasional maintenance, consisting of a few minutes of jelqing and stretching. I do my maintenance whenever I feel like it or have time. A couple of minutes in the shower is one good way of doing it.

Does that apply for flaccid gains as well?
What is the gut feeling that would happen if you didn’t do anything? Do you believe
That you actually have more meat and not just stretched tissue that may go back if not trained?

Tell me there is an a remedy for that! I can only dream of getting a 50% erection these days let alone a 70% erection!

Can’t really say I’ve ever gained or lost size (except for the turtle in issues) but I’ve been doing P.E. Since the mid ’90s and I’m getting tired from trying just to keep from losing the size that I already had to begin with. I don’t know if it has been impeding erections or not but I were someone else I would not quit unless it certainly does. There have been some that have made measurable increases so why not try to?

I gained only 1/4 inch but i didn’t lost any of it

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

:) So since theres no proof of permanent gains maybe we should say that gains most likely are temp if not making any maintenance. Instead of fooling people / making them to believe

That they actually will have permanent gains.

I think that If one has a very active sexual life will retain most of his gains, because of the frequent and hard erections needed to accomplish long sex sessions.
