Realistic 6 month gains

Hi I’m new.

I’m trying to think of a realistic goal to set myself. Ideally I’d like an extra inch on all of the below measurements, but I want to set myself something achievable I can do in 6 months, and then carry on from there.

My current exercise is 200 jelqs plus 10 minutes of stretching on alternate days.

I tend to use dry jelqs on a 50% erection. If I get more erect I wait a minute until it subsides. Can anyone suggest a realistic goal and a way to improve my routine so I can achieve it?

.25x.25 would be a reasonable goal. As you become more conditioned I would think about adding more days and jelqs/stretches. Take it slow. Growth comes by patience and consistency. Haste is not your friend.

An increase of 1” is VERY much, gaining that much in a mere 6 month seems a bit too good to be true. Some guys have made those gains, but from the norm, I would guess that you could expect to gain 1” in after a little bit over 1 year. Others have even had to PE for 2 years for that same inch. In conclusion gains are very individual and vary so gravely that it is hard to say what you could expect to gain.

One thing I do know is that setting goals that high will do nothing more than demotivate you unless you achieve them. Rather start by setting very small and attainable short term goals, and completing them one by one. Recognize each step as a victory, and you will achieve your goals in due time :)

I think Titelist is realistic with .25 x .25. People (including myself) often experience what appears to be a rapid initial gain, but I believe this is possibly due to better erections and unfamiliarity/inconsistency with measuring. This is misleading. Penises are pretty resiliant to stretching and so any effort to do so will take a long, long time. When you start, take lots of measurements and do your best to get the absolute maximum size. When working out BPEL, for example, push the ruler in as much as possible without hurting yourself. Once you are really certain of what you’re starting out with, then you can be more confident measuring any increase.

.25 - .5 x .25 sounds good. Knowing that if your goal is .5 length you might not get there, but it would not be insane to think you have a good chance. Many people do have newbie gains, I think I still am. I gained that much in the first 2 months, but very little the third month.

I don’t agree when people say it “appears” bigger due to erection, or that is “just” better EQ. It “appears” bigger because it is. The reason its bigger makes no difference, its bigger.

Just decide what’s your ultimate goal and go for it without caring how much time it takes. Setting a deadline will often lead to a disappointment.

Our starting stats are almost identical (your length is a bit bigger) so you can check my goals out for example. :)

I consider my goals realistic (~1.6” of length and ~0.6” of girth in whatever time needed).

I agree. You can’t tell your dick to grow this much by this amount of time. Take your time do the newbie routine, you may surprise yourself!

If you are dedicated informed and susceptible to growth my general belief is 1” per year is possible with the second inch being harder to gain.

So under best circumstances I’d say 0.5” in 6 months is possible, but it really does vary, some gain quicker, some slower.

Take your time and relax about it. Somebody told me when I was first starting: It is not like you are planning to get rid of your dick anytime soon, so what is the rush?

So just go one day at a time, one jelq at a time.

The best way to set goal while you PE is after the first 3 months. It gives you the realistic truth based on the routine your on, including days off/on, injuries and etc. Without these experience in hand it isn’t good idea to plan for big. We do not want to comeback as say PE is scam

I’ll stick with it and approach new things with caution, after all I want to make it bigger not damage it!

I would incorporate a warm up and a warm down at the beginning and end of your routine, respectively. I’m not sure if you just didn’t mention the warm up/down, but I believe heat is an important part of pe. I spend 5-10mins for my warm up/down, using a heating pad. You should also include kegels in your routine, I do mine during my warm up/down and throughout the day. As far as frequency, I know every other day is not enough for myself, but as stated above see what works for you and adjust your frequency accordingly. Happy growing.
