Unable to hold stretches at all

The only factor limiting my growth at this point is my inability to hold stretches for over 20 or so seconds (and after those 20 seconds I need to take a break because my hand is so tired).

I have the time, motivation, etc. To grow, but this one factor is destroying any possibility of that.

Yes, I use talcum powder, toilet paper, etc. I am uncircumcised but I don’t think that’s the issue. I’ve never had a problem with poor grip strength; I open bottles and cans just fine, and I recently started working out and am able to lift heavy barbells without my grip failing.

Suggestions? Anyone else in a similar position?

I have the same thing as you, man I couldn’t do nothing to stop the pain, just did it even with pain.

I also have a hard time holding my stretch’s do to nerve damage from a spinal injury. I have a hard time doing lots of things with my hands these days even buttoning my pants. A stretcher or and ADS may be the way for you to go. Or just continue trying for 20 seconds at a time because frankly this isn’t a race or a sprint it’s truly is a marathon. It all takes time, patience and perseverance but if you give up or get impatient it’ll never have worked for you.

I just found DLDs lengthmaster.

Seems like it would help me stretch without relying too much on my grip — the price is unfortunate though, especially since I was planning to gain for free

You didn’t really say what the limiting factor is, but I’m inferring it’s hand cramps. Just keep at it, I guess? Add some more reps, instead of more time? I definitely found it hard to hold my grip for 1:30, and I ended up doing more reps of 1:00 instead. You should probably try to develop your grip until you can get to 30 seconds, though.


Why the Smithsonian? Because you could walk around it for a week and not see the whole thing.

A few things I do:
* Recruit your other hand. Clasp your unit with your dominant hand, then clasp that hand with the second hand to provide extra strength for that first hand.
* Fulcrum stretches give you more stretch with less straining.
* On some stretches, let foreskin bunch up around the head and stretch that way. This provides a larger “stopping point” at the end, so that your hand can grip better.

I don’t really think it’s cramping, my hand muscles just get fatigued really quick and pulling any longer hurts really bad.

Yea, I’ve tried recruiting the other hand, helps a bit but not much. Fulcrum stretches are good and I can hold those longer, so I guess I’ll do tons of those, but fulcrum stretches put lots of pressure on the tunica and less the ligs if I’m understand correctly? And lig stretching is the best way to increase length which is my main goal.

Your grip is probably failing from the squeeze. Are you gripping with the OK grip and then using the full of your other hand to squeeze your grip tighter? Basically make a fist around your OK grip hand.

Yeah, you may not be holding that second hand the right way. Even now, doing this every day, I find myself re-adjusting that second hand several times within the same pull (but before actually pulling), in order to get it just right.

I’m uncircumcised, what a tunica stretch vs the lig stretch?

When I grip on top of bunched up foreskin, I think this is how I bruised myself. Check out pics in injuries forum

Hm.. I guess I’m probably not doing that right. I’ll look up some videos and illustrations because that’s kind of hard for me to envision.

Have you tried LAS or fowfers?

I’ve sort of tried fowfers but It’s hard for me to understand how to do them correctly. When I follow the instructions my foreskin just makes my penis slip away so I’m not getting any stretch. I haven’t been able to find a video of fowfers either. And no I’m not familiar with LAS I’ll check it out
