What are some good homemade heating methods?

Besides hot wraps, what else can I use to heat up?

A 150w IR lamp.

I don’t remember where, but I read about some guy that uses a cup in the shower. He fills it with warm, puts his penis inside, and lets the warm water keep flowing into the cup. Is this a good method?

I do it once a while filling a big bottle with water in shower when warmup.. and when I’m in a hurry or lazy I do “Alladin in bottle” :-)

A gel pack works pretty good that you microwave. I’ve been using one for a while and just went to a bigger size which holds the heat much better and allows to heat more around the base area than before.

I’m sure wet cloth is the best method but it’s such a pain in the ass.

Rice sock.

If you want the benefits of damp heat, you can always wrap the gel pack over a damp/wet cloth.

Another rice sock advocate. If you want something that is stealth, buy a “Bodybuddy” at the Walgreens or other chain pharmacy. This is basically a large rice sock designed to apply heat to various parts of your body. For example, feels great on neck and shoulders.
