Hi guys

I was hoping for some advice to break through a plateau. I started my PEing in August 2014 and have followed this path:

Aug 2014 - Nov 2014: JP90
Nov 2014 - August 2015: Self-made routines mixing stretches and jelq variations
Total gain: 0.5 inch
Aug 2015 - Feb 2016: Bib Hanger (hated it)
Feb 2016 - Apr 2016: Decon break
Apr 2016 - Nov 2016: LG Hanger (nicer experience but started getting slippage issues at higher weights)
Nov 2016 - Feb 2017: Phallosan Forte
April 2017 - now: Manual exercises complemented by 4-6 hours a day of X4 Extender. 1 week rest periods (every 4-5 weeks)
Total gain: another 0.25”

Therefore, I’ve gained about 0.75” since starting PE 3 years ago. I’m grateful for this, but my measurements have been quite stagnant and I am struggling to put on even 2mm every 2 months.

What tips would you guys give?
I am definitely enjoying extending with the X4, even if I can only commit ~4 hours a day. It’s quite a treat seeing the rods adding up slowly as it means *something* is growing.

In a perfect world, by August 2018 I will add another 0.5” and I think that’s where I’d want to stay as it would mean I sit on the 7.3-7.5” BPEL mark, which is just fine.

HI New Chapter (I’m from SA too haha)

Right now, just the X4 extender (and I can’t seem to move up the current length). My gut feeling says a combo of a manual routine with some extending to complement could work well.

That plateau breaking stuff is probably the toughest thing to make happen in PE land.
Though I can’t claim success yet in my attempt to do the same, I am focusing this next push on multi-clamp clamping.
Which, although predominantly perceived as a girth exercise, has recently yielded a 1/4 inch FSL improvement for me.. So there is hope!

.. I’ll let you know if I can eventually lock down the elusive BP erect gain.

Hi SVP - tell me about it. If I saw a 5mm gain in a year, it would be enough motivation to keep going though. But alas I am stagnant.. :( and unfortunately, my flaccid looks the same as it always has and that was actually my focus

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

To quote Ron Jeremy;

“Don’t be scared to mix things up a little, keep your body guessing”.

And in my opinion, the best way to stimulate cell growth and multiplication is through nutrition and diversified training.

Gotta stay on it friend.. And as others have indicated herein.. Mix things up to shake things up!
This is my first go-round with the clamps, and I must admit without flashing too much optimism, they do seem to hold some promise based on how the ol’ John Thomas is feeling these days.
As I have stated, I’ll happily let you know if I can ice down a BP gain this way.
In the event you haven’t tried clamping yet.. I can confidently say that my flaccid does look a bit fuller as of late.

Oh really? When did you move to London?
Well what I have found is with heavy extender or stretching routines you can gain flaccid length, but struggle to convert it into erect length. Jelqing assisted me to get good erect gains. So my advice is to add a jelqing routine at the end of the day. After you’ve gotten as much from your extended as you could that day.

On another topic, what are your thoughts of a Bobless Zimbabwe. Do you think things might change. Many Zimbabweans over here are hopeful, but think things won’t change and are not yet planning on heading home.

What I have decided to do is the JP90 routine, which I haven’t done in 3 years, complemented by 4-6 hours a day of extending. This kind of supports the ideas you have all proposed above, and what I had in my gut feeling anyway.

I will take once-monthly measurements and report back.

New Chap - 13 years in the UK, I miss SA deeply though. I’m hopeful for Zim, but it will depend on the next elections, I think. Either way, it can only get better for them. As for reverse immigration, it will only happen once the expats start seeing stability and economic growth. 2-3 years at least in my opinion.
