Medium for pretty much everyone, you just need to experiment with the amount of wrap you use.

Juif, You just need more wrap to thicken your penis under the clamp. In my opinion you need more wrap to keep the clamp in a shape that is akin to your penis also. If you close a clamp too far it has a shape like an eye, not even round. It wouldn’t be wise to smash your dick into that shape while at full capacity. Have you completed the newbie routine?

Clamping is an advanced exercise and should not be performed by newbies. Honestly bro, take it from a guy who wanted a bigger dick in a hurry and ended up with nerve damage and lost all sensation in my glans for months… clamping is not for newbies.

Yes I am a newbie, I’ve been doing the newbie routine for one month so far, and I’m asking this for later because my girth is pathetic, even guys with micropenis I’ve talked to had a bigger girth than me. Clamping is a big hope for me to achieve my ultimate goal, 5”/13cm girth (maybe it’s small for you guys but I’d be more than happy with an average penis).
I was hesitating to start clamping very soon because the idea of having such a bad girth depresses me, thank you for reminding me to be patient.

Thanks for the adice about the bigger wrap to thicken the penis, I can’t believe I didn’t even think about this lol

If u cant clamp with a cable clamp u can try with toe shields. It is popular on the reddit forum and i do it too. You just have to fold them in half and then stack as much as you want at the base of your penis. I get a pretty strong pressure with just 8 of them, better than with 2 cable clamps and most important, much more COMFORTABLE. Since i found them i didnt use the cableclamps anymore

Juif, how big is your girth? My long term goal is also 5 in girth. I started at 4 in MSEG. I only ask your size because alot of guys believe they have a small penis when they actually don’t. I believe 4.5in. is closer to average and 5 in. Girth is bigger than average.

I’m glad you understand the importance of taking your time. Guys who have smaller girth are more prone to injury from doing PE with a desperate attitude. I caused nerve damage years ago clamping without proper conditioning.

Try not to get depressed about your size. Remember, most women care how much you make them laugh more than they care about your penis size. I didn’t learn about PE until after I was married so all the pre marriage sex I had was with my little 4” girth.

I just got 24 toe shields from Amazon and I cut the tips off and cut the remainders in half, so I’m assuming two of those halves would create similar pressure from what you would experience with one folded in half. Anyways, I am never using a cable clamp again; as you said, the comfort is awesome. With the clamp sometimes I would feel like I couldn’t stand the pain of it digging into my skin anymore. I couldn’t wait for the timer to go off. With the toe shields, I am tempted to wear them from longer durations. However, I did put on 16 (halves, so 8 total?) and started working on some reports for work and got distracted without setting a timer. Next thing I knew, I realized I couldn’t feel the tip of my penis anymore and it was way too purple. I got those suckers off quick and massaged some fresh blood back in ASAP. It feels fine now, thankfully. I’m actually having a pretty intense post-session hang :)

So my words of wisdom, don’t forget to set a timer! Also, it’s probably a really bad idea to wear them laying in bed, just in case you fall asleep.
