Does anyone have a definitive BEST way to get girth?? I’ve been doing clamping 3x10min sets but wanna know what else I should be doing?

Best way to get girth is to do exercise with good girth expansion. People are different, so that depends on person. But I’m pretty sure you need to see at least temporary expansion to make it permanent with time. I would say .1 inch is close to natural fluctuations, 1/4 inch is slow progress, 1/2 inch is fast progress. But that must be true expansion, not fluids build up and so on.

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

You have been a member for over a year, start a progress thread, give us all a bunch more information on what you have done in PE and what results you have seen and then, you are much more likely to get the assistance you are looking for.

I’ve gone from 5.9’ to 6.8’ BPEL in the last year and 3 months, mostly from hanging. I’ve gotten a little bit of girth but not much. Still around 5’ MSEG. My current girth routine is 3x10min clamping sets with slow jelqs in between. I’m just not sure what is best for girth and the more I read the less I know.

I think the most important thing people often forget is a warming up. Putting heat on your penis helps a lot. It makes it expand even more. Hope this helps.

Has anyone figured out if it’s better to clamp erect then let the erection go down, or if it’s better to maintain the erection the whole time?

I felt more fatigued letting my erection go down and clamping as tight as possible so my flaccid was still expanded a lot. I don’t feel fatigue, but my EQ goes down while edging for the entire clamping session, making sure I don’t go soft.

I have gained 1/16” in girth so far staying erect though, but expansion is best while flaccid.

Personally, I feel that when clamping for girth (I’m new to this) overall expansion over time is all that matters. Erection level is irrelevant. If you are consistently expanding .25 to .5 inches in girth then your penis is being trained to accommodate that whether erect or not.

Has anyone branched out the ultrasonic heating to clamping yet?

What am I doing wrong, if I keep losing my erection, whilst the clamp is on? I noticed my erect girth (4.3) perhaps is not enough for the clamp medium pro, but i add a sock for comfort anyway, boosting the girth, and I can see that the veins are coming out and my dick slowly becomes more red-purple ish. I close the clamp almost completely, maybe 1 or 2 steps from completely closure, but my erection slowly subsides while inside the clamp?

Maybe a silly question but just in case- are you edging effectively? You aren’t going to stay erect without stroking (even if it’s light) and usually some kegels.
