Fluid build up. You can try shortening the sessions to 7 minutes to lessen that but I have not found any real downside to fluid build up as it goes away pretty quickly. Actually that’s not true, if you need to pee after a clamping exercise and you have fluid build up you will need to sit down otherwise it will go everywhere.

Great info! I have a question. I have been doing PE 5 1/2 months. What I have discovered, is this. Low to moderate intensity doesn’t give me gains. It gives me better erection quality, but no gains. I need something more intense. I started clamping recently 3 x 5 minutes. I start with 30 % erection and with the clamp I build up to 70 - 80 %.I get a good 0.25 ” expansion. I plan to do 1 on 2 off for now and see how my penis responds. For now indicators are positive. My question is, is 3 x 5 min with some heat and some light jelqing considered intense or I can up the intensity if indicators are positive?

Hey guys. Iv been doing the newbie routine for a little over 3 months now. I wanna start including some clamping but not to the point where I won’t make any more length gains. What is a good starting point for how long and how many sets.


Start 7.5x 5

My personal feeling is for maximum gains, you need to exhaust all of the easy gains before doing advanced clamping/hanging.
That is my personal input.

To answer your question, two sets at 5 minutes would be a lower end starting point.

This is a very long thread and if this has been covered already I apologize. Is stretching before clamping ok? And since I’m starting off at two five minute sets to start, would it be ok to break them up over the day? Mostly because of time constraints.

I stretch before and after. Right after the clamp is off I do FG Rolls, then stretch, with the goal of getting a lig pop.

I clamp 2-3 times in a day, stretched out across the day.

I’ve come up with a new interesting clamping maneuver. What I do is I put on a sleeve under the clamp and get it as close to the base as possible. Next I get to a strong full clamp status via normal clamping habits. Then I roll the sleeve down to the clamp and re-roll it back out and repeat this process. It is kind of like a jelq but backwards, or a type of squeeze exercise. I may or may not continue, it feels effective for girth but I think I value even growth than targeting the 1st 1/3rd of the shaft.

Anyone have an idea for maintaining erection? I can typically get 10 minutes in the clamp no problem. But, once the clamp comes off I have a hard time getting the erection back. When I do get it back for the second set, it rarely stays for the finish of the set. I’ve never been able to get erect for a 3rd set.

Myself I have some good early morning wood as I’m waking up, so I clamp then while I’m still in bed and I have an egg timer there too which I set to 10 minutes in case I drift off to sleep. Works for me.

If you’re having trouble getting hard for a second set maybe you’ve done enough ?
You could also try shorter sets and see if that makes a difference.
