Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

I’m really going to focus on heating my penis for my routines but I’m going to read up on US until I have the funds.

LG is perfect for Fulcrums but my only fear is blisters even though my taped wrapping is as perfect as it can be but would like to use my bib too then if a blister pops up I can carry on. I’m trying to figure out how to get a good fulcrum to work with my bib hardcore but struggling. Thinking of trying a resistance band instead of weights for the bib, could focus on side Fulcrums too if the resistance band works.

TA Structure Would Have Some Hint

Hey Guys. I am new here. Been doing PE for 4-5 months now.
I too have the cord. My thinking is it’s the structure of TA, especially the outer layer (longitudinal). I read an old paper once which had very detailed TA description.
It had following outer TA observations.

1. High thickness between 11 and 1 clock degree (the top)
2. High thickness between 5 and 7 degrees (underside) as well. But it’s absent right below the CS. So it more like 2 rather than continuous.
3. It is least on the sides. 3 and 9 clock degrees.

All of this makes sense. The V jelqs will be heavy where TA is less.
The cord feel is, in my opinion, these TA fibers concentrated on top and to some extent at bottom.
Taking into account the variability among people and the conditioning we can say some will have it more and some would have less

Let me know what your thoughts are.

For all those following the US technology, reading these threads, preparing to follow your own therapy and preparing to buy a US machine, if you decide to buy the US Pro 2000, there are two types. US Pro 2000 and US Pro 2000 2nd Edition.

YOU MUST GET THE US Pro 2000 2nd Edition. Only the 2nd Edition functions in continuous mode. The standard US Pro 2000 works only on pulse mode which would be useless for our purpose.

I discovered this little detail during my research, getting closer and closer to start, since this piece of equipment is portable it has limited configurations. Only a bigger desktop expensive equipment will allow you to chose pulse or continuous.

Again, if you decide to buy the same portable transducer that Kyrpa based his research on, make sure you buy the US Pro 2000 2nd edition.

Hi all. I am a new to the forum and I am fairly new to PE. I discovered PE back in ‘17, but I didn’t do much of it and I have since done it here and there. I am currently on my fourth consecutive week and I plan on sticking to it.

Now, I believe I have something similar to the Dorsal Thickening but not on the Dorsal side. I have this on my left side. When I stretch out taut, my left side is taking all of the pull while everything around feels loose/spongy. My right side is also much more plump since the CC isn’t being stretched. When I palpate this ‘cord’ I can follow it all the way to the taint area where the kegel muscles are. When I do a stretched kegel, all of the pull from the kegel comes though this ‘cord’. I also have a curve which is to the left as well. I don’t think I have Peyronie’s Disease, but when I stretch out and I run my index and thumb up and down the left side of the shaft, I feel a slight bump right where the curve begins. It doesn’t hurt and I have never had any pain. I believe I have the curve and tight left ‘cord’ due to masturbation grip and technique. I would do this with an ok grip with my right hand, palm facing down. So my index and thumb would always ride and produce more pressure on the left side while the meaty part of the palm rode the top and right side. I believe my fingers caused the toughening of the left side and my technique caused the curve. I personally believe that I toughened my left tunica.

So that is the background to my situation. This is what I began to do. I started the first 3 weeks with a beginner routine (JP90) but I never felt any soreness or like I did anything really. Leading me to discover my tough left side. This past week I changed it up big time. I implemented bundle, fulcrum and JAI stretches and reduced the jelqing. I have been doing 5 on 2 off.
Day one:
-10 min warmup with rice sock
-3 sets of 50 jelqs straight and against the curve
-Hop in the shower and I do basic circular stretches
-Once I’m out I do 2 20 second hold heated bundled stretches (360* bundle to the right only)
-2 20 second hold heated fulcrum stretch(I use a drumstick as fulcrum and I place it right where the bend is on my right side)
-2 20 second heated JAI stretches
-Then I do Firestarters to massage and cool down my unit.

On Day 2 I do the same except the jelqing and instead do edging and erect bends against the curve throughout the day. When edging I use my left hand now instead of right with them same grip as when I would masturbate and I try to put pressure against the curve. When doing erect bends I also massage with a finger my left side in a circular motion so as it work the tissue.

I alternate this routine so I do day 1, day 2, day 1, day 2, day 1 and then 2 off days

I haven’t had any negative PI’s. But I am looking for other opinions. I don’t have any equipment like an IR lamp or devices due to privacy. Everything I can do right now is manual and water or rice socks for heat. Am I on the right track in breaking down this ‘cord’. Is this too much. Should I hold off until I can get an IR lamp etc. Thank you for taking the time. Any input is appreciated.

I think you are doing the right thing. No need to hold for an IR lamp. I believe you should stick to the proven newbie routines and give it some time before making determinations. Follow the routine for at least 6 months to asses results.

I wonder if the famous “lig pops” are actually this cord slipping or untangling a little?

I hear ya. I guess I just want to be as efficient as possible. I will finish my current week with my new routine and then go back to the JP90. I must say though that I have been experiencing better and better morning and night wood. A good feeling. Thanks for the feedback on the new routine I designed for myself. Can’t wait to be able to do it for a longer period.

Do you think penis “creep” theory applies to this toughening? Or is this a whole other area of discussion?

LOL I wonder the same. I had those many years ago. Every time I started to stretch straight down, I used to have that big pop. My biggest question is though…suddenly they stopped. Is it because I eventually succeeded in keeping that pop “untangled” forever, or is it that my dick toughened up and never did the pop again.

I believe it applies to the same but I could be wrong. I am still digging deep into these threads with dozens of pages and I have gone through that, I will have to repass the information and clarify it.

Anyway, I have this dorsal thickening, actually I can feel both the dorsal and ventral thickening in my case. I’ve been trying to understand what the cause is of this hardened tissue, originally thinking it may be a form of peyronies. There must be a cause seeing as not every guy reports having it. My research has led to the idea that it can be caused by chronic inflammation.

I had an inguinal hernia mesh implanted about 15 years ago which in itself causes low level chronic inflammation. I am wondering if this inflammation has spread to my dick and therefore causing a thickening in the dorsal and ventral tunica/bucks fascia.

Would be interested to know if any other corded fellows have a hernia mesh? Maybe its a common trend?

Having read most of this I started using a 3/4” dowel to do fulcrum stretching. I also put a few drops of liquid Astrogalus on top at the inflection point and work it in with several drops of DMSO/PABA.

After two weeks, it’s too early to tell if length has changed (difficult for me to measure with substantial girth and upward inflection just medial to mid shaft). But, erection quality seems to have increased dramatically and I just measure 6.375 girth at the inflection point that used to be 6.1. I re-measured because the wife had to tap out after becoming very uncomfortable.

So, my question is: Has anyone seen increased girth due to fulcrum stretching, particularly at the point the fulcrum is applied? More girth is not something I really want.

Astragalus, is an herbal supplement used most often for anti-aging, I got the liquid form after reading good things about local circulation increases with it vis a vie hair growth. But it’s dark brown and stained my pillow, so trying it here to increase circulation as I can’t use it on my head. PABA is used to combat Pyrone’s which I don’t have, but the idea is to loose plaques (entangled connective tissue) to allow elongation. The DMSO is the delivery system.

I definitely have this dorsal thickening. I did s2s and manual stretching for 2 months and didn’t gain anything. Then I can across this thread and found out that I have this steel cord. I searched on it more. Everyone who has it said they weren’t able to gain Length despite years of work.

Should I just give on length altogether? I just wanted to gain 0.5”. I am so depressed and devastated :(
