Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

Everyone has it to some degree; it’s just the anatomy of the penis. Plenty of people with a thicker ‘cord’ have gained length. But using heat and making the collagen as ‘stretchy’ as possible before your length routine is especially important to getting gains.

No it’s just that most of the people I encounter who suffer from this issue claim to not able to gain length. Do you know of people who have gained despite having this? And does it also hinder girth gains?

No, it doesn’t seem to. Girth is generally harder to gain anyway.

What routine should I follow then? IR Lamp + Fulcrum Hanging ?

I am one of those severe Septum cases in which became the end of the road for me. Stopped gaining length around 10 years ago. Tried absolutely everything. Wrongly, applying brute force thinking that more is more. based on a logic that the tissue should be able to give up. I am sure for some works, but I guess I depleted that potential in me a very long time.

It was during my early stages of PE in the late 90’s that I used to hang dumbbells from my penis with a coaxial cable wrapped around my glans. Sure I grew, but my Septum became extremely though and thick. My growth plates were still open so all that connective tissue kept developing to sustain that force.

I researched around the forums all these years hoping for a solution which I never found. Went a few years ago the chemical route trying to unlock some genetic expression. It worked for girth and skyrocket my girth beyond 6 inches, but length never changed.

UNTIL NOW.

Until finally a little over a year ago I started carefully following guys like Kyrpa in this quest for length using US. Until the beginning of this year in which his results, gains and success was very well documented, scientifically proven, I decided to prepare myself to give it a try.

And guess what, it works. I started in early June with a very rudimentary setup, and I have gained a full permanent centimeter in length. A total breakthrough that I did not see in over 10 years. I am currently in a process of adjustment and correcting certain things in my setup in order to keep achieving results, but it looks very promising.

For the first time it seems like my dream of one day having a full foot of NBPEL penis is possible.

Septum was the end of the road for most of us. A brick wall to length gains. If US heating really released 1” of bpfsl in 2 wks for you then it’s the missing key.

Try to do a pumping session with that additional 1” of bpsfl. Post pump size increase can be used for a sex session for the next 4 hrs.

One question. So I haven’t gained anything yet. I do have the infamous septum. So as we all know it’s really tough to make tunica gains with it but are ligament gains possible? Does it also affect the potential for ligament gains?

Lig gains have nothing to do with the Septum or tunica. Lig gains come quickly and then they are exhausted. Do BTC or downward hanging or stretching to get your lig gains. The ligs are what holds the portion of the cock which are bound to the pubic bone.

The septum is what ends the tunica based length gains. The guys here are saying US heating allows the internals to stretch even further so we are now able to exceed septum limited gains.

First thing I am gonna do after the pandemic is over is buying an US machine.

Also can you update me if you gain with US method?

Yes! All of us got our length gains and they stopped due to the septum. The guys here are saying that they stalled on length gains due to septum and that application of US heat started a new round of length gains where the septum was able to extend further.

That being said US heated fulcrum hanging where the fulcrum has a small diameter like a drum stick will loosen the fulcrum. Move the fulcrum up and down the shaft in 1” increments. Follow by a long hang.

I, too, have this thick “cord” long the top third of my penis, and it basically runs from the public bone to my glands. While my penis doesn’t have an upward curve, it does get pretty hard. I only gain about 1in during an erection (5.5 to 6.5 in), but my girth increases 3.5 to 5.5 inches.

After a few years of attempts a lengthening, I’ve only been able to gain 0.5 inches in length. I’m glad to see others have this issue because I notice in porns, there will be dicks that are really stretchy. I will try heating and fulcrum hanging methods to see if there are better results. If anyone sees good gains with this, please share.

I’m really unsure if I have this myself. First of all, when I’m doing stretches, I get some blood flowing into my penis and it gets like 5 - 10 % erect. That always happens, so I don’t know if I should count that as septum interference.

Second, I have a cord, or “cord” (more like a string), not going down the middle inside the penis, but mostly down the left side (erect curving to the left). Is this the septum?
