I have this steel cord and gained not much in length, around one inch total on and off in more than 10 years.. I can gain in girth very easily though..

Sounds like you are a good candidate for incorporating Ultrasound into your training.

Check out Kyrpa, Igigi, Manko, Ultrasound as you search these threads. The recommended machine costs $135. Ideally 2 of them are recommended but it seems like one will work.

I am planning to use Ultrasound but am saving this until I have fully explored hanging.


Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Hey Stixman congratulations for your approach brother. I love to see that. If you are currently exploring and experimenting with hanging, perhaps still getting gains from it, go for it. Once you deplete these possibilities, then you have Ultrasound to bring you up to the next level. At the end, your approach will bring much better results than jumping on US from the beginning as many want to do.

In the case of Geochri I agree, perhaps he is a good candidate for US therapy. He needs to asses some information though. Is BPFSL = BPEL? What has been the routines applied throughout the years? what was the response/progress to those exercises/routines? What was the starting BPFSL and BPEL? when BPEL gains stalled? What was the original EG? how much is now? when girth gains became easier?

Those are some questions that will determine if the Septum is at this point the limiting factor.

Hello my friend, it is the first time I hear about ultrasound and I will dig into it very thoroughly. Is there a thread on ultrasound?

For me BPFSL is qual to BPEL. It is exactly 19.3 cm. The problem is that back in the day I did not measured. The problem was that my erection subsided if there was a ruler around and did not know that I could measure BPFSL… But I estimate that I started at 17 cm BPEL. At first I did only length and gained fast, only simple manuals and just a little bit of hanging. Then when I started my worth workouts and gained some really fast I could not gain in length at all. I did some clamping also without heat and my unit became super hard and this is when I saw this steel cord.

Again as far as my girth is concerned, again I did not meuse but I should have started about 5 inches. Now I am 6 all the way and almost 7 at the base post workout (5.75 midshaft and 6.5 pre workout). I have really good girth gains. Normal jelqing had low effect on me, besides making my unit more conditioned to go to stronger exercises. Ulis, extreme ulis and jelq squises worked like a charm for me. I remember that I had noticeable gains from my first session of Ulis. However, the best work out for me is the 5x5x3, using my BM. I did air.punping in the past extensively but the was no effect besides the temporary fluid gathering. Now I do 3 set of 5 min water pump session and three 5 min sessions of Ulis, jelq squises and slow squash jelqs in between. In only a couple of months I went from 5.75 to 6 inches midshaft girth post workout, and my pennis head went up from 5.9 to 6 also. I also managed to cement my gains because I dropped down to 5.3 midshaft even less if I stopped for 2-3 days. Now the gains are more permanent with the new routine.

I could upload pictures but I don’t know if I am allowed to here. I hope I helped, and I need some help as far as my length gains are concerned.. Thanks!

PS: I did some jelqs with a twist. Since porn does not work for me anymore it is difficult to go to full erection just by myself to do the Ulis so i jelq and put pressure downwards on my penis head instead. It works like a charm also.

A question for the practial use of a ultrasound device:
Almost all of the ultrasound devices I saw online, one has to hold in his hands and apply the ultrasound to the penis.
So I do not see a no hand option in using it.
But I dont want to hold the device for one hour or more to penetrate my dick.
Or do you guys just use it for 10 minutes and then hang without it?

An option without holding a device all the time would be a wrist wrap or anything else, that creates heat and stays on the dick for the complete time of hanging.

Another thing I have in mind:

Has someone, who has successfully worked the steel cord (with heat etc) noticed that he gets fatigued when he did not before?

I am asking, since I dont feel fatigued at all, but I think that this cord is prohibiting my gains.

Short exposure to Ultrasound and the wand is always moving it so not to keep it in a single place. Also, do not point it towards your testicles or other organs.

There are a bunch of must read threads before you try Ultrasound. I have been dabbling in them for months and have recently committed to reading them from the beginning..

Just did my first ultrasound workout yesterday…definitely a learning curve. My BPSL is a little bigger than my BPEL, but that has to do with compression when squishing the glans when stretching more than EQ when measuring BPEL. I’ve pumped, hung, stretched, P-shot, and manuals without much improvement in my BPSL in the past year and a half…and if you can’t stretch to where you want to be, then you can’t get erect to that point. 1 day sample…pre warmup stretching 18.0 mm, 30 min in my Restorex with heat 18.0 mm, 20 min ultrasound hanging with 6 lbs and then 10 min stretched cool down 18.4 mm. Now, that didn’t last the whole day, but just the fact that I could now stretch 4mm more is something. I’ve gotta get in a session tonight after work and then tomorrow after work, and then I’ll break for the weekend.

I take it you meant that you got 18 cm normal stretching, and with the ultra sound hanging with 6 lbs recieved 18.4 cm of stretching or 4 additional mm, that you previously were not stretching to.

The ultra sound guys are getting from .5”-1.0” of additional BPFSL somewhere after 30 days of ultrasound treatment.

All of the men are not seeing that BPFSL increase show up in BPEL, but SOME are. So there is hope for new growth…

Keep in mind, ObiWan is not working on strain. By stretching on his restorex he is using creep, and by hanging there is no stress relaxation there. Therefore the results will not be similar to those who have followed the therapy which is a direct application of scientific research.

As a general rule, by following the science, the extra stretch must last at least the whole day. During the first few sessions, all that stretching must have been lost before the next session, but shortly after 1-2 mm should be kept and building size from there after each session.

Obiwan,

Since you already started trying this new approach, and will learn session after session, I would advise you to find a way to work on strain. Second, find a way to properly monitor tension for stress relaxation, and third, be extremely disciplined and accurate with measurements. Write them down before and after each session. As explained before, measure bone pressed, press the ruler against the bone as hard as you can, using always the same spot. Same spot is important, as the bone on the dorsal side protrudes more than towards the side of the penis. Pick a spot, use always the same one.
