Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

Has anyone with this problem made significant progress in length? I think I’m one of the worst cases for this. My BPEL is 6 - 6.25” but my BPFSL only goes up to maybe 5” and is frequently less than that. Sometimes it’s so thick I seriously wonder if I’m stretching it at all, or if I’m just moderately erect. I’m sure it doesn’t help that I’m 5.5” MEG (although I can’t complain too much about having a good starting EG).

My stretched flaccid didn’t get to my erect length either. Since using 10 minutes of hot rice sock warning up (as hot as I could tolerate) and ultrasound during stretches the situation has been remedied and stretched flaccid is now greater than erect length. As others have mentioned - if you go US route be very careful in application and settings.

This is my first post here.

I have stumbled into this thread and the ‘thick cord’ thing perfectly describe my situation. I have been a really hard gainer. In fact, I did never gain much in my whole PE ‘career’.

So I was really intrigued to try out the US device. The way you guys talk about it sounds like it is a edgy and dangerous thing. I got my US device for about a week. I’m very happy about my experience so far.

I started to low settings:

1.5, 3MHz for 5 mins

And since then, I’m slowly cranking up the settings.

I’m currently at 1.8 for 8 mins and at that setting, I’m tolerating the treatment very well.

If I could explain to others what it does. It is essentially an ultrafast/ultra powerful heating method. It feels like the septum is heating up in a matter of a few seconds.

I cannot hang much due to a previous frenulum injury. The spot dries up and tear if I hang to heavy for too long with my VacExtender and I haven’t got any length gain yet but I feel that US is the way to go for me. Not sure if this can be possible but I think that US can also be beneficial for girth as well. If there is something that is obvious to me right now is that I got a consistent temporary 1/4 ” girth gain after short clamping or pumping session. This is something that I have never experienced that easily in the past. I think that the US is for something in that result. As if it was also weakening the tunica structure as well as breaking down the septum.

The other thing that I have found missing and I wish someone would have shared this info, it is the purchased devices. There is so much different devices at widely varying price tag that it is difficult to make a good choice. So for the sake of helping others, I did picked at PBT 102 device and I did pay $350 for it. Imho, this is a good pick. Hopefully, it will help others hesitating to give US a try.

I also got very interested in ultrasound for deep heating I bought a Delta 03 LCD Unit off eBay. I can say it definitely can get hot quick. I played with it at 3MHz at 2.8 watts and I could feel the heat on the opposite side of my dick very quickly. I am on a break right now after getting a blocked lymph vessel a few weeks ago. I tried the ultrasound a few times to open up the vessel but no luck I believe it is blocked below my pelvic bone and don’t want to risk the ultrasound near my prostate. I do look forward to using it after I get back to PE.

I tried ultrasound on my prostate a few weeks back - I did it pulsed and not for long and found it difficult to urinate properly for a day. I didn’t do it again.

Another time after a PE session with US I found my unit really rubbery and wasn’t stretching much that scared me but I wasn’t sure what the cause was. Have had definite and quick growth with the ultrasound though - following Kyrpa’s posts.

Was using the ultrasound while stretching almost a week ago. Had a really odd sensation for a few days afterward - like my unit had been pulled out of its base. Erections weren’t right and became extremely flexible - could be easily maneuvered to run perpendicular to the ground when standing. Everything I googled was incredibly negative once people experienced this so I was worried. My exercises consisted of 7x2 minute downward stretches. My glans was also white for a few hours.

I finally found an old post of marineras talking about flexible erections -
“I found that happened to me when doing PE (especially stretching/hanging downward), but after some weeks of rest this problem tend to subside.”

So downward stretching definitely involved here and possibly the very effective US heat.

Back to normal now - the last few days I have been practicing the following exercise that I posted elsewhere that targets the IC muscle, I think it has allowed quick recovery.

Anyhow I have experienced good results the past couple of months using ultrasound and am indebted to Kyrpa and Manko for their knowledge and ground breaking work. The confidence is now much better due to increased size and EQ. Will take a month off to rest so that I don’t grow too quick for the sake of the nerves/physiology involved. The little scare the other day has prompted me to be sensible with the process.

This tech is quite interesting, to me. I tend to do a significant portion of my extending while commuting. Do you think these devices are the sorts of things that I could have going while driving and use one hand to hold/move the probe to focus on the dorsal thickening? IDK what they even use as a power source…

What about using it for a short period to get warm and then just hold the stretch with an extender or weights?

Any knowledge of potential long-term injury from U/S, aside from a burn or something like that?

I don’t know how you would be able power up an US from a car. Also anyone in a taller vehicle may be in for a surprise if they drive past you 😁

I don’t think anyone yet knows the long term effects of US on penile health. I can say my EQ has improved and that is a sign it is doing good. I couldn’t see something damaging contributing to an improvement like this - so it is an assumption I am making. The biggest risk apart from over exertion is cooking ones unit with the heat. So I personally don’t use it for too long.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. There is such a thing as a hands free RF heating device, but please don’t do this while driving. Also, please don’t use RF energy devices on the prostate, testes, or any other internal organs. Recent research has generally shown benefits on muscle, fat, and ECM tissues. OTOH, outcomes are overwhelmingly negative for organs other than skin.

Since this thread is becoming so long.
It would be nice if someone created a potential check list of FAQs and findings to see if there are any similarities or not to people thinking they have or don’t have this. To see if there are any correlations.

Prior to reading this thread and diagnosing your potential thickening, did you use heat? If so how long? If not, are you new to PE and have not started yet or been PEing for a while without heat causing thickening.
Are you thick or stretch long?
Do you have more inner penis?
Does your erect penis bend hard or soft (sponge like)?

Maybe if we had a list of questions we can try find an answer rather than people feeling like they can’t gain due to this theory that might have no correlation to gains at all and limit their motivation to continue PE.

Hi guys, who managed to see the increase with the help of ultrasound and hangers? Of those who initially had Dorsal Thickening and did not grow an inch earlier.

My size in erection is 13cm. And I tried the newbie program for 4 months, and 4 months for Extener. Result 0. I have Dorsal Thickening.

I did a research on penile reconstruction surgery and I think I have an idea of where the limit is.

Along with dorsal veins there is the dorsal nerve, which is responsible for the sensitiveness of the glans and blood valve control.

In this kind of surgery, the doctor replaces the tunica, or does some kind of little cuts there so he can stretch the penis till its limits which is the dorsal nerve max length. The average gains in this kind of surgery is a little bit more than an inch (3.2cm). Of course, this surgery requires an implant for penis to work..

If you are forcing your dorsal nerve, you may have some results, but it’s far more dangerous than stretching the tunica. Risking bad EQ or even an ED.

I believe that some guys just have more room to grow than others. When I stretch my flaccid penis till the limit, it stops because of dorsal nerve, this “cord”. My tunica remains very flaccid. I truly believe that, in cases like mine, length gains are far more difficult.

That may explains why the gains become harder over time.

What do you think?

It’s much more simple to identify it.

First, this thickening is not the septum, or the veins, it’s the dorsal nerve. And it’s responsible for the glans sensitiveness, erection control, ejaculation and everything else that happens to our sexual stimulation at the penis.

To identify if you are limited by this nerve, stretch you flaccid penis till max stretch possible and pay attention to your glans.

This nerve is attached to the glans right in the middle upside. If you stretch you penis by the glans and you see that the middle of your glans doesn’t stretch as much as the sides of the glans, you already reached the max length of your nerve. If the whole glans stretch entirely, your limitation is the tunica. I don’t know if the nerve is something that grows overtime, maybe it’s impossible, maybe not. But tunica, for sure can be stretched.

I took two pictures from my penis. One of them I’m stretching my penis grabbing it right in the middle of my glans, right at the nerve, so we can see the natural form of the glans. The other picture, I’m grabbing my penis at the sides of the glans and we can see that I can stretch much more at the sides, but the nerve holds the middle of my glans at the same position. I maxed out the stretching in both pictures.

Hope it helps. And for you to know, I hope I’m wrong, because it means I can’t gain anything in length, at least without forcing the dorsal nerve.
