Have been doing the newbi routine since august, after the first month I went from 10 min jelqin to around 30 min jelqin in a short period of time, probably not a good idea, but I gained 0,4 inch in girth in 4 months. Now I haven’t gained for 2 months, have been adding some horses and bends with no results so far
Have been thinking of splitting the routine for a long time. Started your routine a couple of days ago. Today and I did a double one just to try to shock it. And no turteling or negative PI.
By the way I have not once, experienced bad PI since I started. So I think a might need a tough routine to gain?
