Sorry if this was already asked but how long did it take you to make the 2 inch gains and was that 1inch in length and 1 in girth? I may pick up the evening routine for girth and use it solely as I’m close to my length goal already.


Start 2-3-08 BPEL 7.25" EG 5.25" Midshaft

Now BPEL 9.00" EG 5.50 " Midshaft

Long term goal NBP 8x6 - "The Magic stick"

Iam 8.25 BPEL and 6.25 EG and begun PE like 2 weeks ago. Would this guide make me like 10 inches BPEL and with some girth training to like 7 EG? Haha, sounds too good to be true :P

Started october 2011 :

BPEL 13.5 MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

Yes he should start with the newbie that’s what I’m doing and in 11 days I went from 5.8 to 6.1 so stick with it for now. Thanks Thunder :)

Maybe. But nevertheless a gain is a gain and is useful and I will keep it going to gain more I did not spected to gain anything in so little time. So when I hit the first month I will measure again.

First of all, please apologize for my English. This is my very first post on this forum, and I feel a bit ashamed, because I’ve learned so much from this place, without contributing at all. I guess it’s time for a change.

Mem, I am so indebted to you and your routine ! I started PE in December 2011, right when I discovered this site. At this time I was 6.5 BPEL, and 5 EG. I was so excited by all the stuff I was reading here that I must confess I did not follow the newbie routine by the rule, and incorporated some girth exercises, mainly squeezes in it. After 8 months of consistent PE I was 6.7 BPEL, and my girth had barely changed. At this time I was quite unsatisfied with the effectiveness of my training, and was desperately looking for a change. Then I discovered your routine, in September 2008 and… wow !

I am currently at 7.5 BPEL, a gain of 0.8 in barely 8 months, and at 5.4 EG. And still gaining… The effect of this girth gain on my sex life is… Well I guess it should be written in another thread.
I made a few changes in the routine, which have made it more efficient and convenient to implement (at least to me).

1) First, I don’t use a canister in the stretching part of the routine, as you and most guys do. I prefer to enroll my dick around my own wrist, standing up. Like that I can pull on my dick but I can also put some additional force with the wrist, to maximize the tension. The stretching is amazing like that.
2) I do inverted V-stretches but also V-stretches. When I do the inverted V-stretches I put my wrist below my dick, and put it above when doing the V-stretches. Doing V-stretches allows working not only on the dorsal part of the tunica, but also on the other side (forgotten the name.) and I think it’s an important part of the equation.
3) I do the washcloth religiously, but also let some warm water flow on my dick during the stretching routine, to keep the heat at a somewhat constant level. Doing this routine in the shower is quite convenient, as it allows for some privacy.
4) I do some stretching after the evening girth routine. This has already been discussed in this thread, but stretching after the girth work is really strong and I think that this also has to do with the gains.

I will give a description of your routine in the french section asap, and also some interesting variations of it (not only mine, cause there are many good ideas in this thread).

My only concern is that we are already the most arrogant people in the world.. And getting huge dicks thanks to your routine won’t help the French becoming modest ! :-)

It seems like you’ve done things similar to this already (adding an extender to make it extra hard to gain). I still think hanging is your best option. This routine is really hard work. It requires a level of commitment that I doubt I could give it these days.

Awh Naw!! Say it ain’t so. Since I began p.e. Consistently in the fall of 2011; my progress has boosted my popularity amongst the ladies. Not only am I a grower.. I’m a shower and even my female coworkers be complimenting and commenting. My motivation and goal is to be all that is possible and keep my woman smiling. P.E. Made me a valuable man to the ladies.
