I don’t know if this is the time/place to ask but does anyone thing jelqing gives anything if you practice more direct tunica exercises(stretches,hanging etc) and soft muscle exercises(squeezing,clamping)?

Also I do feel the supra-pubic stretch when stretching,BUT does that mean the tunica is also being stretched?would such force be equivalent?

Yes, always jelq with any routine.

The ‘point of least resistance’ will always stretch first. Keep up the stretch for longer, and other tissues begin to stretch.

I actually pull upward and hold the stretch for up 10 minutes or more,basically I only let go when my hand slips.would this be good or would many smaller stretches be more effective?

Btw after a sexual experience recently I noticed a significant shrinkage,it doesn’t get as erect,if I abstain a full erection seems to genuinely be 25% greater,is there a way to keep such gain without celibacy?

One long stretch is good, if your hand/arm can take it. Not vital though.

Some people are unaffected by ejaculation, some are not. Try kegels etc, and supplements like horny goat weed, or just don’t jack off much.

It’s hard to go a week without jacking off,I have heard of horny goat weed as a means of strengthening the ligaments after you have accomplished your goal of stretching.

As for size,yeah it’s strange,if I hold it It seems to be 25% bigger,also edging

Just try to jack off at the end of your rest days and avoid as much as possible jacking off after PE sessions.

You could jack off only once a week at the same time every week. This will give you testosterone spikes of up to 150% periodically each week. You can still masturbate; just don’t go all the way and ejaculate. You will get used to it.

If the outer penis was the limiting factor in Girth increase (like the straight jacket analogy) and essentially all gains were as a result of higher internal blood pressure (widening of blood vessels etc) you could eventually exercise so that your erect internal “fluid mechanics” pressure was high enough to cause external deformation; this would eventually lead to your penis exploding from an erection alone (or with somebody else)

Yeah I been edging,it literally feels like my genitals are burning if I go a week with just edging.

BTW does anyone here take rest days FOR stretching?most say it isn’t necessary if your just stretching but I feel it still fatigues it so I at least take one or two of my rest days a week without stretching.

Does that mean you should jelq before stretching?

I never knew about this synergistic effect but it sounds very powerful and extremely important, I think information like this should be included in the newbie routines so that people actually know the reason why they are being directed to do certain things. Otherwise, as we know, many tend to ignore advice because they feel they know best.

Okay, cool, makes sense to me. I’ll to incorporate multiple jelqs interspersed during my other exercises. Might be a bit tough if I have to re-oil each time though.
