No Girth Gains In A Calorie Deficit?

Okay so this is killing me. Is this actually true? I personally don’t think it to be true, but I have heard s few people make mention of it.

Iam coming to a point where i will be cutting and will be in a calorie deficit for a few months, and iam about a month and a half into an amazing clamping/jelqing regimen and the last thing I wanna do is hault my future gains that are around the corner. This has been on my mind everyday now.

Please tell me this isn’t true. I don’t think the small amount of gains to the penis is something that would “require” a calorie surplus especially if you are eating very healthy with lots of protein and taking the right vitamins and minerals.

I would really like to hear from people who did gain girth while they were losing weight/calorie deficit.

Why would going on a diet affect girth gains, or any gains for that matter?

You asked this question before. I doubt you’ll get new answers.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I can’t believe that is true either. It’s not quite the same thing, but guys add muscle mass all the time while cutting weight through diet and fat loss.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Don’t believe everything Janus Bifrons writes. He has some good ideas, some of them are just wildly incorrect conclusions though. Yes, keeping a diet with caloric maintenance or surplus will overall create a nutritional environment where it is easier to gain - that is the good idea. No, being at caloric maintenance or deficit will not strictly prevent gains - that is the wildly incorrect conclusion. Especially if we’re talking about the normal diet / weight loss situation (when we have plenty of fat reserves) as opposed to a starvation situation.

There might be a relation between gym and PE and personally i believe diet makes a huge difference in everything we do with our body.

I don’t know, as far a I know there is no scientific background or study that can sustain that argument. Also unfortunately, we have no data about what our fellow PE’s eat or diet, this could add some information about your question.

But using a more biological reason, if you think that when you have a low body fat your veins are arteries are decongested and have nothing to stop the blood flow thus bringing nutrients to the penis, if you go through that line of thought then men that have body fat percentages lower than 16% and have a healthier diet and lifestyle have more chances of having girth gains. But we know that how the penis grows don’t rely itself on the arguments listed above.

Rotated Penis? Unbalanced Ligaments? Lack of Gains through Manual Routine?

I have never worried about my caloric intake when I do PE. I suppose being in a caloric surplus would mean you are primed to grow more optimally, but I don’t think it matters very much. We are not trying to gain enough mass to require much in the way of additional calories.

Did I make a post about this already TG? I don’t recall doing that but if I did I apologize.

Well frankly, I agree with all of you. The body healing a cut idea was in the back of my mind whenever I thought about this, because it is a solid example of what the body does and can do.

I also think that growing muscle is on a much larger scale then building size to our penis.

Plus, like mentioned above, if done correctly, you can definitely build muscle mass while on a calorie deficit.

Oh, and I have never really been on the Janus train, I respect him, but I’ll let others take a trip.

Well, I guess I was just searching for reassurance, and I found it. I appreciate you guys!

Its not black or white.

As far as i know you can gain muscle by being in a slight deficit, i dont see why you would’nt gain penis size.

The only problem with a caloric deficit is that your T-levels will get a bit lower for a while.
