What is wrong with a big prostate? Is that a medical no no?

PE doesn’t enlarge your prostate.

Starting stats- BP 5x4.5 (2002) Current stats- PBEL 7.25x5.25 (2012) PE is a marathon, not a sprint!

This might be a question for its own thread entirely but I like the idea of posting it here. Has anyone ever approached you about PE without knowing you do it already?

No one has approached me, but I let my buddy in on it and he said he already knew about from a bar buddy, but didn’t believe him. Hearing it a second time made him get into PE.

A large prostate isn’t good because it can lead to urination and bladder problems. You can’t get an enlarged prostate from PE.

Of all the people that I would tell PE about I just don’t see myself telling my older brother… even though I feel he needs it most out of anyone I have met. I don’t think it is the actual PE he needs ( most likely he does though ) but more of the other benefits you get from PE; The hope that you can turn your life around and actually take charge of it. He hardly leads a life that others should be envious of. He has a horrible negative attitude towards everything, always the pessimistic. To avoid this turning into a rant of me sandbagging my brother to the public I should just say that if I could pass anything on to him ( though I know he would ignore any good advice from his younger brother… a complete shame ) it would be hope.

If he needs it, then let him in on it. You seem like you’re not ashamed of PE, so what’s the big deal about letting him know it exists and works? Knowledge is power. After that, it’s on him to make the changes in his life.

He is just such a jackass that I feel he wouldn’t take the advice seriously. I don’t really fear him telling anyone or trying to make cracks at me I just don’t see the point in telling someone with deaf ears. If there was something I could tell him first that would actually make it into his head to start changing then I think I would follow it up with PE, but at the moment I fear all advice given to him is just a waste of time due to his attitude and personality.

I hear you PG. Anyone else have any experiences good or bad passing on PE knowledge?

Dont tell anybody… Its better that way :p .

I told both of my closest friends, and they pretty much said ‘whatever floats your boat, but I’m not interested’.

They don’t mind me talking about gains etcetera as long as I don’t get into detail ;)

I was actually surprised that none of them was interested, but I guess they are happy with what they’ve got! Which I think is a good thing!

Starting stats Achieved/Current Wanted/Goal

BPEL |15(5.9")|16(6.3")|17(6.7")|18(7.09")|19(7.5")|20(7.9")|

MSEG |10.5(4.13")|11.5(4.5")|12(4.7")|13(5.1")|14(5.5")|15(5.9")|

The same goes for me I told a few close friends about PE and they didn’t take to it like I had expected. I’m guessing it’s the same mental state as amature bodybuilding not being for every scrawny guy. Few will try it once or twice and give up, few will attempt it regularly at first hurting themselves and never returning to it, and a slim minority will stick with it and learn as they grow. Those that learn from PE will greatly contribute to the little we know here so we may grow.

You’ll be surprised at how many guys say they’re not interested but then check it out on the sly. And it’s true, PE isn’t for everyone. What was cool though is that they are cool with you doing PE and you can talk to them about it without having to hide that you do it.

The biggest downside they said was not being able to surprise visit anymore :)
Since they “never know what I’m up to…” :D

Higherone, you say PE doesn’t enlarged the prostate, but at 12 years old or during puberty, hormones are booming big time. Doing kegels (or overdoing them), not ejaculating for days/weeks may be not good for prostate at such young age. You never know, so I don’t think kids should do PE. Just my 2 cents.
