Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE

You will need to wait for me giving any recommendations. It won’t be happening without data to prove the efficiency.
In production though.

In the meanwhile you can have glance in my log to see what I am talking about.

Do you think electricity would interfere with the US sound waves? My plan is to: extend strait out, have the medical gelatin pad over the electric heating pad as I US my penis strait out

Not to be expected. Wavefront should be reflecting back when hitting the surface of your heatpad.

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Okay perfect, I’ll try it out when it arrives and let you know

I would like to see how the heated ultrasound phantom works. Keep us informed

My next cycle will be in two days. I have the heating pad and one of the hot/cold gel packs too.

I will be doing a strait hang against my bed. The heating pad will be against the bed, the gel pack on it, and then my penis on the gel pad. Two transducers at 1mhz both at H frequency.

To all those planning to start applying US for the first time or those who are going into a second or even third period, PLEASE track and log all the data to share. It is extremely important for all of us to collect that anecdotal experience, tabulate all those clusters of data and improve the process. Only with our experiences we find out what works and what doesnt or which variable lead to better results, etc. Remember to measure strictly each time before and after. Just measure against the pubic bone, push as hard as you can, always in the same spot. Its the only most reliable way to measure. Thank you!!

Will do. However, I am not planning on incorporating US until around June. I just started hanging. Still a lot to learn and still methods to gain from before I try US.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

Thats smart my friend! I am sure you will start seeing results. Still, even if its hanging, its a good thing to log the data for yourself. I wish I did that when I started PE.

There is a lot of quality content in this thread to break down. The science is convincing, and the work done thus far looks very promising. I’ve always intuitively felt that heating is one of the most important components of any PE, at the very least as a mechanism for ‘warming up’ in the literal sense and avoiding injury, which is critical.

From what I’ve read it seems clear to me that the use of therapeutic heat via ultrasound is the most effective and efficient means of ‘warming up’. This is just one of the many clear reasons why I want to implement it into my routine.

The user ‘igigi’ has suggested that all newcomers to US record their experiences and track their data. I would love to do this and contribute to the undertaking here.

The problem is there is so much content in this thread it is hard to determine exactly what is the latest consensus on the correct methods, equipment and procedures for US. There are so many posts and users with different routines, I’m not sure if it’s even viable, but If any of the many clearly informed users here could provide newcomers like myself with the latest US ‘guide’ for 2021 as it were, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all the users here who have contributed, I can’t wait to get started with US.

Anyone that wants to amend this, please repost with Ultrasound Guide (v.2) so we can keep track of the latest guide for newcomers.

Key Points
Goal Temp Range: 39-43C
- This is the temperature range you want to aim for during your ultrasound session. You won’t actually be able to confirm this without a urethral thermometer which bring a risk of injury, infection and are quite uncomfortable, however this is what you could use to measure if you so choose. User: Manko and User: Kyrpa have used thermometers to measure temperature changes during treatment and have recorded findings in this thread.

Heat Acceleration Time: 4 - 10 mins
- This is the range of time it rough takes to heat to the temperature range above, personally I’m using a 3mhz machine and it takes about 10 minutes to reach a good warmth within my unit, however I’m also starting from 7.75 BP length so I imagine the range has 2 variables, the frequency of ultrasound (1mhz or 3mhz) and the size of your penis (smaller will heat quicker owing to less volume).

Duration: 20 minutes
This is the length of time you want to be using ultasound at the Goal Temp Range above, the way I look at it ultrasound is a 30 minute treatment period for me, 10 minutes to reach Goal Temp Range and then 20 minutes to have that temperature range impact the collegenous tissue. However if you reached this temperature at 4 minutes, you could consider the Duration treatment period to be 24 minutes.

Ultrasound Equipment details:
Power: 2.0w/cm2
BNR: <6:1
Transducer Head Size: between 3 - 5 cm^2
Duty Cycle: Continuous (100%)
Frequency: 1MHz or 3MHz

Methodology (quote: Krypa)
1.Conditioning stretch using stress relaxation type exercise. Can be produced with multiple ways or equipment. In this phase the penis elongates as much is possible during 30 minutes exercise. Some have amplified this phase with some sort of heat source, not the ultrasound. I do it usually cold to have the variables minimized.
The load has been tested to be optimal, crucial for the result is not to be too heavy.

2. Ultrasound heated stretch for V minutes. The heat is elevated to +40C along the whole shaft if possible. At this phase the load is increased to be around 50- 60% heavier from previous set. It is not dependent on the equipment used but the best way to apply and control the heat is stretching OTL, penis laying on top top of the thigh.

3.Cooldown stretch for +10min. Penis is left in full load situation while fully elongated, until the temperature has dropped down. Best way is go use fixed length on the setup.
Or manipulated manually by cyclical manual stretches. Both ways work and have some advantages.

We monitor the strain. In each exercise we aim to elongate BPFSL aiming for 2.5% strain. Personally the main percentage has been around 3%. Even more than 4.5% has been seen occasionally. Some of the elongation is permanent. We can be predicting 1mm permanent elongation every 5 days cycle in a longrun.

Hello all, I’ve read the thread and this is exciting stuff! I started PE 17 months ago, using Restorex traction device. I’ve gained 3/8” BPEL, not much but learned a lot. I’ve been lurking here at Thunder’s but not participating. New Year’s resolution to change that. At this point I’m thinking traction device is not the best PE approach. I’ve decided to start hanging. Now that I’ve seen this thread I’m very interested in incorporating US and participating in this project. I’ve decided to purchase the PeniMaster Pro and I’m contemplating a 3MHz US machine.

But before I dive headlong into a major purchase I have a question. It looks like the tunica is being targeted for ultrasound PE. What about someone like me who hasn’t stretched the ligs out yet? Are you advocating this for guys who have exhausted their gains and need a different approach? Or is this so beneficial that everyone should consider it no matter where they are on their PE journey?

I’m also wondering if a 3MHz machine would allow me to safely target my ligs as well as the tunica (not necessarily at the same time).

Start 8/1/2019: BPSFL 5 7/8", BPEL: 5 3/4", girth: 4 3/8"

9/1/2021: BPSFL 6 7/8", BPEL: 6 1/2", girth: 5 3/8"

Goal: 8x6

Thank you for your will to contribute with data. All this information will eventually help us standardize the procedure.

Beyond convincing science, it has been proven. We applied the science and checked out. Heating has always been recommended in the community but never backed by science. It has been all unorganized speculation. Gut feeling. This is therapeutic heat at a specific temperature range in order to achieve he results expected.

While I strongly recommend you to read the complete Kyrpa’s thread which will make you understand the science behind plus all the variables experimented and tested, I can guide you with the following parameters to begin your experiment.

Each US session consist of 3 key stages:

- Cold Stress relaxation (25-30 mins)
- Ultrasound therapy continuing stress relaxation (20 mins)
- Cooldown (10 mins)

To not make it too complex in one post, that right there is just the basic structure of each day of therapy. No each one of those stages has its own science to understand.

Kyrpa has said the following on page 3 of this thread: “Keep off days from the heating. 3 days workouts 2 off have been working well now for few already.”

What are other people’s regimes? Do you follow the 3 days on 2 days off, or have you implemented an alternative workout cadence?

I did the 3 days on 2 days off as that was found by Kyrpa to be the most efficient schedule for US during his research.

Excellent Post 7x5!

I have a question regarding the strain.

Lets say I am finding a typical BPFSL of 7.75. What your stating is that I should aim to stretch to almost 8” with a 3% strain? (Heated under ultrasound).
