No. I meant to say when BPFSL = BPEL I will target girth only. This is because at that point, is basically not possible to gain more length. Once the BPFSL = BPEL, it means your BPEL has reached the limit of the septum. Therefore you can only grow sideways. i.e., EG. Only when your BPFSL > BPEL, that means your BPEL hasn’t catch up yet to the length of the septum, that means you till have room to grow in length.
This is why in my case, I target length. Once my length (BPEL) catches up with BPFSL (septum) I could go and grow sideways to increase Girth. But I chose not to. Instead, I apply the UltraSound therapy to grow my septum once again (BPFSL), create a new gap to grow more in length.
As far as girth exercise, clamping and bends under controlled PGE-1 induced priapism.
