Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE

Lets say I am finding a typical BPFSL of 7.75. What your stating is that I should aim to stretch to almost 8” with a 3% strain? (Heated under ultrasound).

That is incorrect. That is almost 10% . Get yourself familiar with proper metrics first. Inches and the fractions of does suit poorly to effective PE. Millimeters Vestedvet.

START 18/13.15 cm Jul 24th 18 (7.09/5.18") NOW 22.5/15.2 cm Fer 12th 20 (8.86/5.98") GOAL 8.5"/ 6"

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

From 7,75” to 8” it is 3,22 %.

Oops. The minute I went to inches the inaccuracy hit immediately. Hard

I’ll use the calculator next time. Sorry Vet.

I agree with Kyrpa with the metric system for PE. It is WAY more accurate to measure in millimeter and centimeters rather than 7.28 inches and such. The growth rate (proper growth) of PE is millimetrical to begin with. Much easier to measure it like that and is very simple.

10mm (Millimiter) = 1cm (centimeter)
10cm = 1dm (decimeter)
1000mm = 100cm = 10dm = 1m (meter)

1 inch = 2.54cm

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

No problem, thanks guys for the advice.

I’ll flip the ruler over to mm. Yet the question still remains unanswered.

I think I know the answer and that is to basically end up longer using heat than prior to using it. Makes logical sense, but if I am to strive for a 3% strain I want to know what I am aiming for.

Especially as soon as you’ll reach your goal and start to include “1 foot” into the measurements, it is getting more complicated 😁

LMAO
I hope to have that problem some day LOL

Just measure against the pubic bone, push as hard as you can, always in the same spot. Its the only most reliable way to measure. Thank you!!

To truly analyze the data, it should be properly collected.

Is there a way you can create and share a spreadsheet so everyone utilizes the same format so it makes sense when everyone evaluates the data?
The spreadsheet can even be preconfigured to graph the data in a chart for visual analysis.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

You are right and we are working on it. The proper on-line spreadsheet is the way to go as you suggested. Programmed Excel based basic graph gathering and presenting the outcomes is one way to make it happen.

For predicating projections and simulations further developed data analysis software will be used.
When the platform has been decided we will be asking to bring data in format best suiting the cause.

Ideas are welcomed !

Thats a very good idea Stixman. An excel spreadsheet already programmed with the formulas to graph and calculate. With empty cells ready for the user to only fill his daily measurements.

I would be more than willing to lend a hand on this, I am pretty proficient when it comes to Excel and Google Docs, a Google form may be the best way of gathering the raw data, happy to take a look if someone would let me know the data that we want to collect and graph.

Alternatives For Vacuum

I was reading the post and I am interested in following the same protocol. However, every time I use the LG vacuum hanger while using US pro I get blisters causing a draw back for at least 4 or 5 days until they heal.

Can somebody suggests another hanger brand or maybe a suitable traction device while on US pro

Thanks in advance

Krypa’s idea with the breakaway coasters looks promising. I also purchased some of them and I will run my new campaign with it. First tests were pretty good.

Is it better to use PGE-1 to close the gap between BPFSL and BPEL or could I also just use manual exercises? Like jelqing and pumping 5x5x3 routine ?

I don’t think I have access to PGE-1 and it could be dangerous to experiment with. It seems to be the most time efficient solution though. It’s handsfree and you don’t notice it during sleep.

What would you suggest if one couldn’t get PGE-1 ?

I think lengthening the penis isn’t the bottleneck here, it’s actually closing that BPEL gap.
