Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE

Just snagged a US pro 2000 2nd edition and I’m about to begin a regimen.

QUESTION:
Would it be useful for me to observe a specific protocol for the sake of contributing some further data? I’m open to suggestions otherwise I’m just going to try to get two 30-45 minutes sessions a day for a while and see what happens. I have a little trouble interpreting the spreadsheets throughout this thread. Forgive me, I don’t have the best mind for heavily technical reading.
In any case I’ll gather my stats later tonight before I begin and log them somewhere.

We are approaching the use of Ultrasound for therapeutic Penile Enlargement in a scientific way. Trying to get two 30-45 minute sessions a day, where does that comes from? I am just trying to figure out if by any means you are interpreting the data in a different way or somebody else already tried that approach without stress relaxation and cool down.

Contributing with further data is exactly what we are looking for in order to improve the treatment for all of us. But it has to be followed with the already standardized stages in order to get successful accurate results.

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Period 2: 05/01/2021 BPFSL: 24cm (9.44") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 07/24/2021 BPFSL: 25.4cm (10.00") BPEL: 23.5cm (9.25")

Goal: 1 Foot x 7.5 Inches (30.48cm x 19.05cm) NBPEL

Forgive me, I’ve certainly gotten turned around in the volume and density of posts in this thread. I was sure that I’d arrived at that timeframe somewhere among these two US threads, but re-reading the first few posts again I’m seeing very clearly that we don’t want to bring the temperatures above 105 or timeframes above 20 minutes. I can see I’ve got to dedicate myself to reading more thoroughly before I mess around with this so I’m just going to sit on my hands and try to do so.

I hope this isn’t too caustic, but I do think a thread that immediately lays out some safe operational procedures or guidelines for approaching a regimen, very simply stated in the first post without the wealth of justifying theory would be very helpful, and would be in keeping with the norms throughout the forum regarding the dissemination of all of the other PE techniques. Especially so because so many people chime in with “what’s a good device” or something like that to the point where these threads are very difficult to navigate even with the search function.

Anyway, the 30-45 minutes thing is clearly a gaff that indicates I need to do more reading.

Since the P3 I did not have anything else than the basic length protocol for BPFSL and I still kept the BPEL coming.

The latter part of the periods have been in every case concentrating on BPEL in a form of girth orientated exercises to implicate the growth response of the cavernous tissue.
With the BPFSL elongation you can set the room for growth, but you still need to grow the volumetric size of the penis for reaching BPEL gains.

It seems that not everyone has been able to transform the BPFSL gains that easily to BPEL gains .
There the understanding of the traditional methods comes priceless.

Thanks for further clarifying.

I’m slowly working through your threads from the beginning. Still working 80 hour weeks but will become more studious in the coming month.

Starting (07/15/20): BPEL 6.5” BPFSL 6.5” MSEG 4.75” BEG 4.75” BPFL 4.5”

Current (10/27/20): BPEL 7.0” BPFSL 7.5” MSEG 5.0”+ BEG 5.25” BPFL 5.25-5.75”

Goal: BPEL 7.5” MSEG 5.5” BEG 6.0” BPFL 6.5”

No worries my friend. That is why we are all together here trying to figure things out as a team.

I agree with you, there is too much information with threads that are too long, but is the nature of the process. We are still not capable to lay out a sticky thread with a protocol that works universally for most.

We have succeeded in laying out the basic foundation of the UltraSound approach, but we are still in the early stages collecting data, trying new things, testing scientific literature, etc. Eventually we will get there.

Currently, the basic foundation of the protocol consists in 1 hour workout per day, 3 days on, 2 days off.

- 30 minutes of stress relaxation
- 20 minutes of US stress relaxation
- 10 minutes of cool down

The stress relaxation is based on strain, and loads are at a starting point of around 500 grams, (05.kg) all the way up to 2.5kg-3kg

Period 1: 06/08/2020 BPFSL: 22cm (8.66") BPEL: 22cm (8.66") EG: 15.8cm (6.25") => 09/07/2020 BPFSL: 23.9cm (9.40")

Man, thank you, that’s extremely helpful.

I usually wear a low weight (430g) ADS these days, which I’m not terribly enthusiastic about putting aside, but in the interest of contributing some useful data I can potentially do so.

I also may have to wait to begin participating until I get a better means of hanging rather than trying out the over-the-thigh method as I was planning on.

In any case I’m gonna keep reading for the time being.

Thanks igigi for spelling out the most current basic format. I guess that is pretty tried and true by this point. I personally would also benefit from a review of currently favored methods of applying the tensile load. I have a Penimaster pro but am reluctant to permanently modify (due to its cost) it when I am happy with its usefulness as an extender. I also have an LG hanger, but feel the sleeve covers too much of my 6.9” BPEL unit to be ideal for use with US. A review of other discoveries or currently popular methods would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I rarely unsubscribe here, since my main location is in another country and on another forum, but I still decided to keep my diary on Thanders, although abbreviated, but quite informative for everyone who wants to know about another performance of training with ultrasound, I will try to give informative graphs, numbers and feelings.

Hi,

I am interested in starting this protocol and logging my progress.

I don’t have a device yet. Should I buy the US pro 2000 2nd edition?

If anyone has ordered this from the US to Europe, could you suggest a reliable reseller? So far I haven’t been able to find a European reseller.

Thank you.

That is one of our areas still on an undefined territory at this point, the setup. Currently, each one of us has to modify and make our setups work for our purpose in the best way possible. Will there ever be a universal specially designed tool/equipment for this? Absolutely. But it will take time.

Meanwhile we have identified the 3 main ways to approach this which are: Traction device, Hanging, Cable pulley system.

I personally like the latter, and although during my first period it was a very primitive rudimentary setup, it worked well for its purpose but I intend to make it the right way for my next period.

Hi all,

For those with US units, could you do a little test for me? If you put a drop of water on the wand, does it just boil a little or does it turn into steam instantly? I bought a “cheaper” Indian unit (1Mhz) and, if memory serves me, it used to give a little puff of steam when I dropped water on it. Now it just bubbles with a tiny centre column of water. The reason I ask is that I’m having a lot of trouble getting heat into my unit. I’ve even tried it right on my thigh but it feels barely warm.

Is that a valid test? As well, I’m trying to follow the protocol and I’m only getting about 1% strain.

Thanks in advance.

Yes I like just sitting at a desk using cable-pulley-weights with both hands free for managing heating and/or doing other things at computer. But how to apply that load to the penis? The good thing is that it is a lighter load than traditional hanging loads. But nonetheless it is hard to attach something to you penis without covering the shaft and blocking the US.

Vacuum cup with a short sleeve. At weights of 0.5kg and 2kg the risk of blisters is very low. And the sleeve just needs to cover up to an inch behind the cup to hold the suction.

I personally don’t really get along with the Vac and use a homemade clamp.This takes no more space than the silicone sleeve. I lose about 2 to 3 cm behind the glans. I can live with that.

That is a nice setup my friend!
Do you need to release pressure off the clamp for circulation during the therapy or is it safe to use it throughout?
