ADS wearing/wrapping tips

Need some advice from anyone who has used vacextender v4 and is uncut.

I’ve been trying for 3 days to make it work (using the directions on the autoextender website) and I’m having an incredibly hard time getting the vacuum head on properly and its making the whole process painful and ineffective.

Firstly, I keep getting erect trying to put it on which is making the vacuum ring (the black jelly like part) slip when I become flaccid again. Unless I’m completely flaccid, my head won’t fit in the vacuum head so I’m having a really hard time being flaccid enough to make it work because as soon as I start fiddling with the guy, it starts getting slightly erect and no longer fits. Any tips you all use to be completely flaccid when trying to set everything up? 
Still, if anything I can figure that part out, seems like I just need to do it quickly before I get erect so I guess with practice I’ll get better.

The bigger issue is retracting the foreskin. Even when I retract the foreskin all the way and place the vacuum ring just under the head (above the pulled foreskin as much as I can) it just slides back up with my foreskin and ends up covering my head a little. Because even if I pull the foreskin all the way back the ring ends up still on top of the foreskin a little because I don’t have enough room without foreskin to cover the whole vacuum ring. So when I extend it makes it so I’m really extending my foreskin more than anything and and causing some discomfort around the head area. Really not sure how to effectively do this at all to be honest and I’ve really been trying and following the directions on the autoextender website.

SAME ISSUE! And the foreskin gets sucked in if I suck the glans in too much and then when I take it out sometimes the chamber is full of stretched out foreskin, thus stretching foreskin more not the penis!
