Hey guys. I’ve had my suspensatory ligaments cut and have been instructed to use the Autoxsleeve extender. I found that using adult toy silicone renewal powder helps with comfort. However, after about an hour of wearing it, my penis starts to go numb and the base starts hurting. What should I do?
