Not everyone, depends on the location. Depends on your BPSFL size too.
The thermedic is known solution you should consider if located in north america.
If in europe then others are available as you won’t have the same price and delivery options for thermedic’s products

today I was doing my hanging session with fire, with a traction device, I was constantly monitoring the blood flow, but around 20 minutes hung my heart rate started to increase quickly. Could it be connected to poor circulation?

Unlikely. Heart rate can increase from anxiety. Did you have an anxiety attack?

I much prefer doing this with a pump. I can see my results every day as my penis reaches new MM lines in the pump. It requires no set up or effort, just put the penis in an electric pump, wrap with IR pad, then sit there and watch YouTube videos. And if your penis is conditioned to pump at higher pressures, you can easily reach the “6 pounds” of force that Kyrpa and the gang have determined is ideal. I never used the thermedic so can’t comment. It reaches the temperatures needed in my tests so it is good enough for what we need

If I figured that right:
assume a 2” tube: 3.14 square inches of area
desired pull: 6 pounds
1.9 PSI = 6# tension
1.9PSI = 3.86 in. Hg.
