The vacum chamber can slip a couple of mm.

Why not take both with and without the chamber and compare the result?

I’m not new to hanging and have been using a compression hanger for quite some time now. However I’m ready to switch to Vac hanging for the added convenience and more comfort and looking to order a Totalman I’ve been very fearful of blisters tho. I’m just curious if anyone could share their experiences on how they’ve been able to prevent blisters? I’m currently compression hanging at 5.5lbs and doing 3hours on week days, 40 minutes to an hour on weekends.

Yeah the right hand side picture looks good to me. This is the way I use it and it heats my whole shaft. Does it feel any different to you like that?

I tried the right picture technique today with the TM pad and it was much more even. Come to think of it I had noticed it was hotter on one side when just wrapping right around. Now I know why.

Watch the totalMan videos on taping. Then tape. Also if you start low and slow you should be fine. Take the tape off with warm water and it’s a breeze.

Thank you. I’ll do that. I was compression hanging but I’m completely done with that method. I had some slippage issues which lead to me developing a slight pain in my glans. Also doing 2-3 hours hanging daily and having to remove the hanger after 20 minutes and rest is very time consuming.

How many months, years did you use compression hanger?

Did you increase length using the compression hanger? How much?

Most of my gains came through shopping bag hanging. I made 0.7” gains using that method. I took hiatus and returned to PE two weeks ago and bought a compression hanger. I tried Vac hanging for the first time yesterday and I don’t think I’m ever going to do compression hanging again. It is way too dangerous and VERY uncomfortable compared to Vac hanging.

I am not sure if I missed this someplace in this thread but all this is done while hanging straight out or down? What angle?


Currently at 8.125 BPEL and 6.25 Girth

5.5 did straight down, and I think most other guys are too. Jguido was doing straight out, not sure if he still is.

Thanks for the reply. I would have imagined straight out would be the angle that stresses the tunica the most.
