Okay, this is where I differ. I have to disconnect the pulley system to add weights for each weight change. Takes me about 5-10 seconds.

I don’t think that would matter though, however, I am open for thoughts.

You can use whatever you have. I use an old camera case to put my weights in. It works perfect.

I get that we all have different methods… I’m more interested to discuss the difference of continuous tension, as opposed to where I have to disconnect to apply weight.

That’s my concern as well. Also, thanks to everyone that replied to my question.

I’m going to get a small bucket to drop my weights in for the incremental loading so I can keep constant tension the whole time.

I seen where you mentioned you didn’t want to go above 8lbs while hanging for the year. What happens if you get to 8lbs? Do you take a deconditioning break and start all over again? Also, once you’ve reached your goal do you continue hanging to cement gains or are they permanent?

Hello everyone, I am new here but been doing PE on and off since 2014. I read the FIR heating with Thermedic pads during hanging, but it is not clear how to wrap the heating pad around my penis if I have the hanger attached to it, especially when I am hanging down? Are there any pictures or videos?

Wrap any way you can: bungee cord, tape,velcro strap, string or rope, elastic strap.

I am wondering about this too, because currently I am doing already 12lbs for more than hour each day. So do I need to take a break down to unconditionally my penis to go down to lower weights?

You could add heat to your current routine and see what happens. Otherwise you’d probably need a few months break to get back down to these low weights.

8lbs is a bit over 3.5kg.

Nothing super bad happens aside from increased tissue stiffening. In other words you get to the point of building a stronger penis NOT a longer penis.
Keep in mind that my original approach was applying the successful extender protocols to hanging. Extenders usually max out at 4kg tension, my intent was to stay within the tension range of an extender. If you have read the details on cycle 1, you can see that I was following an extender protocol with 4-6 hours of tension daily. It was during cycle 1 that I found CBatemans progress log and began to fully assemble the threads by Longerstretch, kyrpa, igigi, manko, etc. Not sure if Tutt has a thread here, but pay attention when he pops in.
With cycle #2 I greatly reduced the time element and saw no decrease of results. In fact, I met my original goal of BPEL > 7”.

As for starting over. I just pickup where I left off. FWIW I think a 6 weeks on/4 weeks off makes more sense than the 5on/3off I used during my research.


BPEL: 5.5" --> 7.9" ; BPFSL: ~5.6" --> 8.5"

Its probably in your daily log thread 5.5 but after a 4 week decon did you lower your weight from the previous cycle to a mid way point or anything?

Like say you started cycle 1 at 2 lbs heated max and by the end of cycle 1 you were at 3.5 lbs heated max would you start cycle 2 at 2.5 lbs or 3.5 lbs heated max?
