I just picked up where I was at the end previous cycle. With one exception, I reduced the cycle #4 weight by 6oz after forecasting increases for the rest of the of the year.

Do you think after the decon between cycles it would be worth it to try and reduce the weight to see if gains are still possible at that lower weight following a short decon?

Hey everyone, been trying this protocol for a little bit now. Equipment is total man vac hanger, #2 cup, large sleeve, the TM weight plate holder and the thermedic heat pad. I use a combination of 2.5 lb Olympic barbell plate plus “micro load” Olympic plates. I got 8 of them for $30 off Amazon and they are .5lb each and fit the total man weight plate holder perfectly.

Another observation. Removing micropore tape is significantly easier if you do so under warm water. I just massage warm running water over my head in the sink for a few minutes and it starts to easily pull off. This is game changing as before this, removing tape was easily the worst part of my routine.

Another observation. I wrap my heat pad with an ace bandage, one with Velcro ends. This has noticeably increased the rate and upper end of the heating. If I hang BTC or sitting SD and lean back I get hot spots. If I stand and lean forward a little so it’s halfway between SD and SO, there are no hot spots. My guess is that the increased angle is causing the pad to press firmly on the top. I’m going to attach a pulley system to my desk today as I prefer sitting so this hopefully will be a remedy to the hot spots.

I also bought the half pound plates off Amazon. I’m not an ounce guy so it helps me to track everything in pounds or half pounds. I think it’s pretty good to micro load with half pounds so you can stay light as well.

I do not think that I ever ran a complete cycle without increasing the weight by 6-12oz. That is partly due to my original plan of adding weight every 2 weeks. I was getting results at much lower weights than others, so I kept adding every 2-3 weeks. May have been a bad plan or mistake on my part.

Should it be tested? Yes. I think you could tell in the 3rd week if you were successful or not.

I was reading a discussion between Tutt and Cbatement in I think Tutt’s thread where it looks like one of the conclusions is that a decondition to baseline could take a lot longer than 3 to 4 weeks so if I reduce my weight upon starting a second cycle it may not do much. Either way I’m not at the point yet but when I am I may try reducing the weight to maybe 75 or 80% of my cycle 1 weight and just add weight if needed.

Two options to protect yourself if you are concerned: Insert something between the heat pad and your testicles that either a) absorbs or b) reflects, FIR. Option b) seems pretty easy. Wavelengths longer than 1um for silver, gold, copper, aluminium all have a reflectance over 90% - so simply using a sheet aluminium foil should work well.

So I’ve decided to go with less is more approach and will only be hanging 3 times a week. Monday,Wednesday, and Friday. So hopefully it will go good and if not I can always up the days later.

I have the heat pad around my dick so isn’t pointing towards the testicles. Also I feel the closest point during hanging and don’t feel much if any heat. I have SO which I think helps. Monitor your testicles and use a heat shield if you feel any heat on them.

Good stuff, interested to hear how you get on. Might not be able to do 5 days a week soon so might have to do 3 or 4 days myself

Anyone get tell me how long is strain measurable? The idea is to measure before you hang lets say my measurement before I started hanging was 13.2cm BPFSL (which I found weird because my BPEL is 4cm longer).

Now after a session I have 13.7cm. Is it so that when I wake up in the morning that 13.7cm is shrunk again to 13.2cm or does it stay 13.7cm? How long does it take till you cant see the strain of a specific session anymore or does it stay forever?thanks in advance


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Strain: to deform or distort a body’s part by applying an external force.

Strain measurement is time dependent as it is measuring a force applied to a body part. To generate a useful set of measurements over a period of time, the strain measurements must be taken consistently, meaning take the before and after measurements at as close to the same time in the process as you can. If the after measuerment is taken after too long a period it is not useful (not a valid data point) for analysis of the full data acquired.

Another way to think of it is a sprinter records his time in the 100m race. If his time is decreasing then he is improving his race speed. If he reviewed his times and saw he had times for 100m, and for 102m and 105m he would not be able to analyse the data and come up with a valid conclusion. His data acquisition was inconsistent and so his analysis was not valid.

There is something up that your BPEL is 4cm shorter than BPFSL. Are you measuring from the same spot or is the ruler is in the same position when taking both measurements? Are you stretching your dick to max stretch for BPFSL?

Initially the next day it will be back to the day before. One day you might notice your post BPFSL has grown the next day you then might notice your pre BPFSL has grown too. Generally after a few days or a week or so you will see change
