Could you possibly hang 1-2 heavy sets and then do light sets for the rest of the day?

Ultimately, I think tension over time is what gives gains.

But I feel you. I have a lot of ‘office time’ in the evenings working on a project, but now that my max weight is 9 kg/20 pounds, it’s tough to do meaningful work that requires concentration. If I had a lot of time to hang, I would probably hang 1-2 heavy sets and then do 3-5 kg sets for the rest of the day.

IMO, they’d have to be vastly different, but even then, not really sure it’d matter.

Well it’d be from the malehanger to the bib or zenhanger.so.

Damn it, I’m getting sore as fuck from hanging 5 sets each day, I can’t concentrate on my studies anymore with the soreness I HATE days off,

My dick is extremely strong with thick tough 3 layer big tunica, I HATE HIM! He needs to grow now! I also have scar tissue which doesn’t help at all. I’m getting tired and sick of hanging. 70 days in and no gains. I’m at 4.5-5 kg now (11 pounds)

It’s fucking up my university courses and I start to get obsessed with hanging I keep getting low grades because I hate it when I don’t gain.

I also don’t interact with girls and I don’t do any pick up or seducing because I first need to get a 9 inch dick. If I drop out of university I’ll kill myself

Using multiple angles in one day

Hey, I’ve been doing PE for some time now. I tested out my LOT and I feel strong tugback from 12-9 and around 8 it gets weak, but I still notice small movement all the way down. So I’m not sure what my LOT is, but it seems like my ligaments are long. When I am erect my penis is at about a 10 so it doesn’t go up high like I suppose someone with shorter ligaments would. Hopefully I can at least gain half an inch from BTC or SD weight hanging. Does anyone think that is possible considering my longer ligaments? I know if your LOT is low you should focus on the tunica and stretch at above a 9 using SO or OTS, but has anyone tried to do ligament and tunica stretches all within the same routine on a day to day basis? What I mean is like doing a 3 hour routine and warming up and what not and then doing a SD or BTC hang for the ligaments, then maybe do an hour of that between smaller sets and breaks. Afterwards moving on to SO hang/stretch for an hour and then to an OTS hang/stretch for an hour to target the tunica. This way the ligaments and tunica are being worked everyday. Do you guys think this will be beneficial to try to at least get some ligament gains even though it might be a little and at the same time working my tunica?

PS I don’t mean doing the routine 3 hour routine right away, but build up to it within a month while still working the ligaments and tunica all in one routine.

Try to do one more set at the day, if you can’t, try to do before sleep.

Hi,
I am new in here.
I want to start Hanging PE with using Phallosan forte head. I also want to know do I need to take a break after 20 mins? And I am concerning using phallosan forte head can make my penis ugly? (Last time I use it gave me blister on the head while wearing more than 4 or 5 hrs. )

I am starting with 3 lbs x 3 sets. I used Phallosan forte 2 times period before(1st 8 months, 2nd 4 months but a little gains may b .1 or .2 inch).

Do I still need to start my hanging routine with 3 lb? Because last time I remember, I can wear at Phallosan red mark which is 4.41 lb for 3 hr straight.
Should I follow Hanging 101 week 12 rules or can adjust some weight and set since I use vacuum hanging?

I feel and believe that hanging can give me some length. Only 1 inch can make me happy.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Currently hanging BTC with a bib hanger and no matter how I orient the hanger or my penis the stretch is mostly on the left side. I’ve tried putting the hanger to either side of my balls as well as rotating my penis slightly in the hanger in both directions. As a result my left ligs are always fatigued and my right aren’t. If I’m sitting down my erect penis points about 25 degrees to the right and slightly towards me and I can feel that my right ligs are much tighter. I’m about to just buy another hanger as I think this one might be defective. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Everybody that do BTC angle has come to that, just before dropping the weights down just move your penis to the other side. Bib says that you should change sides so that problem of one ligs stressed more than other won’t happen.

Thanks, I’ll try as far to the right as possible tomorrow. Just tried now but left side is too tired so it’s hard to tell.

Currently hanging 10lbs with BIB pro model, getting good grip using silicone sleeve,

Theraband over the top , and (baby powder to start with).

Got a secure, non slipping attachment, without turning the glans blue..

Able to hang and swing for 2-3 hrs very satisfactorily.

I’m trying to increase weight to 12 to 15, or greater and penile tissue is willing to take the

Added pull, but the BIB is slipping off after 5-10 min..

Wonder if there are any tips on securing the BIB for higher weights ?

(BIB is slipping off the wrap, leaving the silicone sleeve and theraband wrap intact.)

I am currently hanging with a Bib starter 6,7 kg or 14,77 lbs and I had never problems with hang slippage, even when my wrap technique was bad.

I am sure that is something wrong with your wrapping technique, you should drop the weight and start a new wrap technique, for more information and improvement of it, you should go to bib’s forum.
